This product can save you in a tough bind when that PST file gets too big to handle or becomes corrupt...works very well.

The drain on resources is large sometimes. The process (understandably) takes some time which means you can't do much else on your PC

I had a recovered pst file which was not accepted by Outlook and I had important emails in that Microsoft pst repair tool failed to repair the pst file but this tool did awesome work it repaired the pst file.

Nothing much Little slow for processing huge file, dialog box stucks/hangs sometimes, but it didn't crash.

Helped to recover corrupt Outlook files on the occasions it happens and also was a huge help in restoring data after a massive server crash our company experienced.

The best part about this software is the fact that it completely blows Windows native "Scan PST" out of the water in terms of performance and how reliable it is! I used to rely solely on the Scan PST program in Windows when Outlook was having issues but it would 7 times out of 10 not resolve the issue or end up not responding before the procedure was complete. Outlook PST Repair completely takes care of these issues and solves any issue for me 99% of the time!

The only negative is that it wouldn't always run perfectly well on Windows XP. Thankfully XP isn't too prevalent in our system anymore so there's nothing to worry about it but on the couple occasions I had to run it on XP it took a try or two.

We had a special need with one of our customers so we tried this and everything worked out

It was inexpensive and for when we needed it, it really did the trick in fixing a customers Outlook files.

There really wasnt anything we didnt like about the software, maybe was a little expensive on the front end

The PST Repair software is very easy to use and works very well.

The cost is high for professional versions that have more in depth scanning and repair.

If you want to see old info your computer might get stuck for around 2 to 3 minutes an d if you are really on a hurry just be patient

It´s been a happy experience. When an application works and do the job it is supposed to do, we are all winners: the tech person and the client.

It´s very effective, fast and easy to use. When it comes to repair corrupted PST (a thing that happens a lot on a Outlook /Exchange based email system), this app is very reliable. When the normal way to repair PSTs does not work, for that customer that has that old Archive PST for years, this application is gold to solve this kind of issues.

The price is a little high for that one only feature that it works for.

Did the work as expected

I'm admin on a large network (700+pc) with a lot of not so technical people, in a cinema industry. That is a bad combination. Big emails are sent all the time with high quality pictures, from producers or another non technical people that doesnt know or want to upload the picture on a site or zip and not sending that thru email. But anyway. One of the most important email account, that download all emails thru outlook (no way to keep online for more than 30 days since that end up filling the server space...) has problems. The computer freezed while outlook where downloading emails and the PST broke. I tried scan PST from MS, and that "repaired" the pst but there was missing like the last 2 weeks of emails. With importan images that should be posted soon. I google for a tool, we found Stella Outlook PST repair, we ghive it a try (we bought the license), there was like 2 or 3 emails missings, but the rest of the 2 week lost were recovered!. Save the day for that office

The cost its may be too high for non US and home use.

Being able to back up your emails to your computer is the best thing eveeeer! Having your own copy is just amazing

We used this product recover a severely damaged pst file. this was the third product I tried, but this was the only one to work for me.

No cons really. If I had to say one, was the length of time it took to repair the pst file. Other were quicker but was unsuccessful, Outlook PST Repair took the longest but recovered to pst file.
