Zoho Mail is a secure email hosting service for businesses. It has an in-built collaboration platform to enable the entire organization to share and communicate seamlessly within Inbox. It is a blend of classic email and the modern collaboration tools promoting the use of comments, likes and sharing. Zoho Mail is well integrated with all the other Zoho applications as well as popular external applications.
First-time users will definitely experience a slight learning curve with Zoho Mail. But there is a wide range of resources you can find that can help you out along the way.
Nothing I can point, is a very good app and well though
So far mail has been pretty simple to use and to initially set up / switch from my previous provider.
It was a bit difficult to navigate and to really figure out all the different things that you could do with the product. Also had an issue with one of my email addresses ceasing to work for no reason. However, customer service was able to fix it within a few days.
I could write for hours the benefits of Zoho Mail and why I like it so much.
I like all of Zoho Mail, I did not like the interface very much but a year ago they updated it and now it looks spectacular.
The interface is not conventional like Gmail or Yahoo. People who were used to Gmail might find it strange to use in the initial days.
1. The maximum size for attachment is limited to only 20mb which is very frustating sometimes when i had to transfer big media files.
The value for the money is obvious once you start using the software. Features for even the lowest tier paid plans include white and black lists, spam filtering, mailing lists, custom groups for email accounts, and a plethora of other things. Absolutely worth the measly cost they charge per year.
One of the most frustrating features of the software is the Streams feature. You can compare this to an email client trying to merge email with their own version of social media. For those looking for a feature such as this it may not be a huge issue for you, however I run IT for approximately 100 users and not a single person wants this feature, the problem being is it comes turned on by default.
Zoho Mail really brings a lot of functionality to the table. The ability to conveniently set signatures and queue emails is very good, and will help any person doing Email Marketing at the beginning. I believe Zoho is good for small businesses and people who are just getting into these kinds of jobs. Alternatively, people that just need to get organized in regards to their daily life (and who need a business email) might also find it affordable and comparatively full of functions when compared to other providers like Gmail.
The Zoho app I used crashed a lot and it had problems loading certain things. We could adscribe those problems to my computer, OS, etcetera, but the people I worked with at the company that used Zoho all complained about the same issues, and we were all in different countries. This is the first thing I wanted them to solve, because it presented me with lots of functionality but made me waste time by having to restart the app or figure out online how to solve a certain issue. Aside from that, Zoho is not really intuitive, it's not exactly too 'easy to use' so you might find yourself looking for tutorials online and stuff like that.
As a user of several other Zoho products, I finally made the switch to Zoho Mail as my mail platform. I love that it integrates with other products in the Zoho line. Zoho Mail has been a very reliable and secure mail platform, with multiple layers of security and verification you can implement to avoid your emails going to junk. And you can customize the platform quite a bit. Plus, you can still check it using any mail application if you prefer not to use the online interface. But overall, the best things about Zoho Mail are the stability, the customizability, and the integration with other key Zoho apps. It has worked great.
I really wish the calendar and tasks and their integration with Zoho Projects was a little more polished. Right now, I don't enjoy using the tasks in Zoho Mail because you can't see which projects they are a part of easily, and it's hard to manage the tasks themselves that come from Projects.
Well, the best thing about Zoho Mail is that there's a free version that you can use with your own corporate domain. This was super useful for a magazine that I started on the side—we didn't have much funds to start with, yet needed professional emails (i.e. reaching out with @gmail.com to interview people is not going to cut it)... and Zoho Mail was able to fill that need. The feature set was also pretty adequate... we could set up email forwarding to our regular addresses, but the inherent Zoho Mail UI was also decently functional as well. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the spam filter...I didn't expect the free version to do so well with marking spammy requests away. But hey, it's hard to beat free!
So we ended up switching to GSuite Gmail after getting formal nonprofit status for the magazine, given nonprofits can get free GSuite. This was because Zoho doesn't offer as much storage, nor consumer-grade integrated/cloud-based productivity tools like GoogleDocs or Google Sheets.
First off, let me say, that the user interface has VASTLY improved.
The Admin panel is a bit hard to find. I recommend they don't put it behind two clicks.
Fácil de usar.
I don't really have much to say about cons, sometimes there are bugs, but I've seen that they fix these things very fast.
Zoho Mail offers great features like Data recovery, shared inboxes and spam the Blocker. Besides, it provides a smooth working experience with a user-friendly interface. It is actually the best tool to host corporate emails.
1- Less system support and integration 2- Little bit confusing interface
What is not to like. It's like running your own email server, without having to. You can configure almost any imaginable option, and run your mail tailored to your business.
Their free accounts no longer have POP or IMAP access, which is annoying, but the basic setup for a paid account is cheap so not really a big deal.
Zoho mail is not just an email client. It is part of a bigger suite called Workplace and offers so much more than email. And it just works!
There was a bit of a learning curve because of the other applications included in Zoho mail, or rather Zoho Workplace. But Zoho support got me up and running real quick. Would like to see the ability to add more accounts in one user environment. But that is being worked on. The mobile apps for iOs an Android have this alreadyy.
I like that they have a free option for a limited number of users, which allows me to setup a custom email domain for myself and/or my clients fairly easily. They're mobile app (iOS) is great, and you can also connect to other third-party email clients.
The web app design used to be quite historic looking, but a recent upgrade has improved that greatly. Compared to Gmail or Outlook, it's still lacking a bit, but it's still intuitive, and works great. The other issue is setting up your custom domain's DNS records - sometimes it's difficult to understand how to install the DKIM security thing on your domain - but it can be done with some research.
FREE! This software is actually the only free business mail software that would let us use our own domain for free and it was simple and easy to set up. We currently only have 5 employees which is great because Zoho Mail Free only has up to 5 users.
One of the main big things about this software is that you can't use secondary email clients such as the Windows Mail App and the Apple Mail App for on the go use. Zoho does offer this in their paid plan though. The limit is 5 users and for us it is fine because we only have 5 employees but if we were looking to hire more than we would have to purchase a paid plan.
It's easy to sign up and get your e-mail migrated over. They provide a simple web interface that does all I need it to. Zoho also provides secure IMAP connectivity, if you want to use a separate e-mail client. Zoho is competitively priced, and is easily worth the cost of entry for anyone who needs basic e-mail services.
The Zoho Mail design isn't particularly beautiful, as software user interfaces go, but it's functional and straightforward. A cleaner, modern UI would be nice, but I'm not complaining either.
What I like about zoho mail is that it is an excellent alternative to traditional email providers, it offers you a service without any publicity which is very much appreciated, you have the option to open a personal email with zoho or if you prefer an email business at very competitive prices, zoho interface seems very clean and functional, you can modify it from the configuration, which has many options to change and customize your email, has very practical modes of notifications as it groups you emails electronic devices according to the order of priority given to them, so that they are ordered and ready for the corresponding reading. It has a version for each device that is needed and it really is very practical and the emails arrive instantly.
What I do not like is that in the free option you do not have the pop and imap options are only available for the payment option so it is impossible to use the zoho client to receive or send your emails to other platforms if you do not make a payment and you subscribe to their service, on the other hand the pc client is quite deficient, it is a web version of reduced proportions, and you can not configure other accounts unless you close the session of the main account.
The setup to support my company domain (.com.br) was easy and fast.
I had no issues so far and no needs that weren't met.
* Sometimes there is a delay in mail delivery.
This email service does everything and more than we needed or wanted. It has spam filters (and they work!) You can organize and filter mail to automatically go to predetermined folders. You can set up and moderate several accounts for employees. You get to attach your own company/website name to the end of the email address (e.g., [email protected]). And it's totally affordable for small companies. 25 free user accounts and unlimited groups for free! Customer service is great for a free service. I have emailed them to report a problem and have received a response within an hour. The longest I had to wait was 24 hours, but it was during a peak season, so I'm not surprised. They are surprisingly attentive and timely for a free service.
It is a bit complicated and involved in regards to setup. Someone with a little knowledge won't have a problem. But if you have trouble setting up a gmail account, you'll definitely need some help with this.
I don’t like that you can’t double click on an email to open up like it would on outlook. I don’t like that certain features don’t always work like adding my photo to my mail account. And the thing I liked least about zoho mail is that items marked as spam continue to appear in my inbox so I don’t think this function works.
• For small businesses of up to 10 users, Zoho offers a free option, which isn't limited by time frame. This has been a real game-changer for us to be able to access these kinds of tools for free.
• There isn't yet the ability to manage multiple domain names in one account, which would be a feature I'd like to see.
The amount of internal organization this software has, has propelled the rate at which I'm able to get work done. I absolutely love the way you can filter through your emails based on an almost mind boggling amount of search fields. I especially love the attachment filter, as so many of my emails have pictures and PDFs. Even further, the interface for the server is very legible, and as you click through to your emails, the new windows cascade and expand to the right, making it easy to quickly scan for necessary information. The extra applications/plug-ins such as Group Calendars, Streams, Tasks, etc. make internal company communication SO EASY! Honestly, I could talk about the inter-connectivity of the software all day. Not to mention, it's very easy to configure your email with a custom domain server, and as a webmaster, that's just one less headache I want to deal with.
I first started using Zoho Mail when I was still learning how to write basic HTML and CSS code, and at the time there was a bit of a learning curve for myself when it came to the initial setup of the product. Some of the vocabulary I had yet to learn was throughout the email client, and made it somewhat hard to understand exactly what I was doing. With that being said, Zoho has literally hundreds of resources that are both directly from the company, and from other reliable sources, on how to overcome the "language barrier" and take you through the setup process set by step. So, although there is a learning curve with certain steps, there's still innumerable amounts of resources to help you through the process.
It's a low bar, but that it's free. In reality, for personal and dispoable domains, you probably don't need the overhead of G-Suite/Office 365. My main requirement was having a free IMAP email for various domains. It handles this task amazingly well, i.e. I've never seen their services go down.
If you access email predominantly through a web interface, compared to modern email clients online, Zoho Mail is quite sparse. The UI is decisively... retro, which isn't the worst thing. Just don't expect it to be as feature complete as GSuite et al.
How it makes it possible to have a business for selling in marketing by providing an email so I and also still have my personal email on the side with another provider
That it interacts with others even if my security is set for a second authentication. Since I allowed once it keeps ahold of that account so if my account had a breach as it did it would cause me damages however sometimes I could also be a good thing to be able to easily have all my accounts in one and share the data as well for my overall business use
Ability to scale up and work as a team is the most approaching benefit of Zoho Mail.
The Cost expenses of running full premium features are a setback to most of micro and nano scale enterprises. The Company does provide good lot feature even at free of cost but the overall pricing deters such enterprises to buy paid plans, thus reducing the inflow of such paid customers.
A bit of an adaptation process since we were used to another system before this. Took a little bit of time to get configured properly.
There are emails sent by me that when I receive replies they go to the SPAM box. They should be created as a contact and pass as secure mail.
What is more useful is that you can create a totally personalized email and if we want to create a professional email with our own domain or that of the organization, it can be easily created, all thanks to the precise indications to which you can configure easily if so required, the interface and security are very good and according to different types of users and by design we can say that it becomes very friendly.
Sometimes the case may happen that we need to change the password for unknown reasons we can not enter, so it is necessary to create a secure one, as well as in some cases the confiuration can fail when creating an email with the own domain which can occur with different suppliers, in my case it happened once, and some colleagues is something similar, the rest works properly and continuously retaining its support and moderate quality.
Free platform to set up and manage multiple email addresses for a custom domain. It's super easy to set up individual email accounts and groups.
While creating email accounts with easy, managing them was not so much. Often you would get errors that made no sense even though everything seemed to be working. Also, the user interface could be improved as it seems a bit dated and clunky. And email classifications such as Newsletter and Notification would often mis-categorize emails causing you to miss important emails at first.
Zoho Mail worked well as a provider for my email on my custom domain. It has all of the features you would need out of a typical email provider, like Gmail or Outlook. It was simple to set up, just by adding an MX record into my DNS which took until 5 minutes. The UI is simple but powerful, and their advanced search tools helped me find emails from long ago that I wouldn't be able to find otherwise. Since my only user was myself and an additional service account for miscellaneous sending purposes, I was using the "free" version, which is fully featured, but limited to 5 users. While the free version includes quite a lot of mail features, it is ultimately limited on mail storage, eventually causing me to move away. The free version also included access to some of Zoho's other products, including their contacts and calendar suite (expected with any email provider these days), as well as their office suite (think Word/Excel/Powerpoint). These were nice features to have included, but I ultimately did not use them too much, except for Contacts and Calendar.
Zoho is the underdog in the category of SaaS business suites, competing against GSuite and O365. While the product is fully featured and includes plenty of powerful tools, what it lacks is widespread support and integration, which ultimately made me move to O365, after using Zoho for 5 years. Their propriety storage and document solution are basically unheard of compared to Office Online (with OneDrive) and Google Docs (with Drive). Their IMAP/POP3, CalDav, and CardDav solutions are basic and fragmented, though the features are there. Furthermore, with the free account, I didn't get/expect any customer support so any problems were left to myself to fix (not many came up anyways).
I stopped receiving emails on one of the domain names I own due to web hosting issues and I was looking to receive emails as quickly as possible and I was very happy to have tried Zoho Mail first.
I started using it in less than a week and so far I've not seen anything that has given me issues, the experience has been really good!
So many positive points this one has:
For the cost it is at, I dont have much complains.
I hate the new theme. It loads very slowly, I wish we could choose old vs new version. Lately when I log in there have been new domain things that need done quite often, which is kind of a hassle as when I check my domain servers, I'd already done those things and Zoho just needed them refreshed to something new or something. It can be quite annoying. But again, the service is free, and is tops for what they offer. One thing I'd love to see is a separate newsletter platform where people can buy their own IP for cheap, so indie authors could work on marketing without being worried about cost or being dropped from mail services like we are now.
Overall, setup with our custom domain was easy and straightforward. The online interface is complete with all the features that would be expected from an email solution. There is also a dedicated mail app available with most of the same features.
Spam filtering can sometimes be over aggressive and other times not aggressive enough. The mobile app has difficulty searching for emails and sometimes misses search results. The Zoho service has gone down for an extended period of time (12+ hrs) in the past which resulted in a significant loss of productivity.
I love the web mail client environment. It works well and is easy to use and organize. Managing email for my organization is easy as well. The management interface is well organized and easy to configure with GoDaddy. I especially love having a fairly large number of email accounts for free - it means setting up email for my 5 person company is free. It lets me have a my own email domain for the cost of owning the domain with no other expenses. Great entry level product.
There are some features I don't use and don't quite get. For a 5 person company we don't need everything that's there and it sometimes adds complexity that I have to push around.
Awesome Free User Plan
Pop3,IMAP not available for Thunderbird and Outlook in Free Plan
Zoho mail is unbelievable, and we have used it many years. It has extremely high quality phone and browser app. We have been using it everyday for years.
Honestly, there's not much to say for what we don't like. In rare occurences, maybe 1-2 times a year, Zoho's service might be down. But in our experience, it hasn't been for longer than 15 minutes and hasn't been a huge hassle at all.
The free plan is getting less. At first the free plan is up to 25 users, and now only 5 users
Zoho Mail works like any other "big name" software, but it can be a little basic. That's good though, that is what I like about it. I can send and receive all my email easily. The user experience is very easy to learn and has everything you'd ever want in an email interface.
When I first started using the software, it was a little dated but there have been many improvements since I first integrated Zoho into my company.
I like that it's very functional and has a fast loading speed. I like the look of it more than Gmail. It has many cool marketplace add ons that you can integrate into other Zoho applications. Zoho mail is free to use but provides a lot for everyday email users. I've never had any problems with Zoho mail. The customer support is good as well
What I least liked about this software was not being able to change colours in the calendar through Zoho mail. Not a big issue. I just want to see my calendar clearly with the right colour text while I'm in Zoho mail.
Zoho mail is super intuitive and easy to use. Anyone using gmail or outlook will find that transitioning to Zoho mail is quick and simple. The functionality to send and receive email is what you would expect of a mature solution. Besides, with the premium version (which is much more affordable) you can also access Zoho mail from your gmail, outlook, or third party app in your phone. If you choose to use the free version, you can simply download their mail app.
The one limiting factor in the free version is space. It only provides 5 GB compared to 15 GB in gmail or outlook. But, for branded corporate email, if it comes to a point where you need more space, Zoho's premium version is still more affordable.
Good user experience. Easy to customize email filters, email settings. It is the cheap alternative to G Suite.
You can't use the email forwarding option on the free plan. When setting it up, I have experienced a few problems and had to switch to the older version of Zoho.
Zoho Mail is a very affordable option for teams that want email at their domain. It has many features that the more popular email clients offer and you can start using it for free. Their web interface has improved a ton over the years and it's honestly fairly similar to their largest competitor.
I still prefer to use other webmail interfaces because it's what I'm used to, so I generally forward my Zoho mail to a Gmail account. That said, Zoho's interface has gotten more similar to that of Gmail, so that might not be an issue for everyone.
I love this product. It's the mail client we use for everyone in our business, and I've recommended it to several other startups as well. It was easy to implement, it's easy to use, and it works consistently and has great features.
The initial setup was a little confusing, but I think that was due to my own lack of knowledge at the time when it came to MX Records, etc.
great and easy to use. all the elements are there and it syncs with your other emails, witch is great because you can use your original email and also have zoho organize your emails on the CRM of zoho
the bad thing that i found in zoho mail is that when you try to look up someone or a email by name it wont show so you have to go to your original email platform to be able to search and go back to that on zoho mail.
* Zoho mail "It has the ability to integrate a group of people with different emails on the board, which simplifies the way we communicate individually with companies or other people. * The appearance is similar to that of web mail but has features unique that others may not have it. * The mobile application seems simple but effective, it has some interesting features, such as changing the color of the board, it has a calendar in which we can set a day for a specific project or task, it also allows for import contacts, and among other functions. * It has a good ability to integrate with third parties, such as gmail, Outlook, Office 365.
The only thing I find negative is the lack of information on how to configure the "DKIM", MX, TX, although there is an explanatory video there were some problems deleting or adding those files once I resolved this. I still receive a notification that something is wrong with the "DKIM" despite this, I have not had problems receiving or sending from my corporate email
There are occassional glitches - like the search feature just won't work for a few hours. Or there was a hacking incident last year that stopped all email. But the issues are usally fixed quickly and I have had issues with any other provider I've ever used (Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook and small custom services).
The value of the product is great. And while the e-mail functionality and performance isn't the best, I prefer the layout much better than others I've used. Having access to additional office applications from Zoho could be useful if you needed to separate documents and information for multiple purposes (work, personal, etc.).
The software isn't the most fluid to use. By this, I mean settings like 2-factor authentication or profiles can be difficult to find. The interface also isn't as well-designed as other e-mail platforms like G-Suite. And, while imap is available for zoho accounts, you are required to pay for it in order to use it. Customer service also isn't the best, but that's about on-par with other technology companies.
Ease of use and affordable cost as well as the features. I can schedule emails to go out later. If I don't want to make a template because although sending out multiple emails it's just a one-off situation, I can use the "send as new email" feature. It also has good security. I like that I can sync with Outlook, which took care of the desktop issue for me. That's just part of it. They keep improving.
When Zoho Mail rolled out their desktop version, I was excited, then disappointed when I realized I had to be online to access it.
Easy initial setup, convenient walk-through of DKIM and SPF settings, easy-to-use webmail interface, very-reliable mail delivery
Limited number of upgrade options, price packages jump quickly
Zoho mail has an excellent, easy-to-use interface while also offering many options for customization and integration with other leading business software.
There have been multiple issues with a delay on receiving my security code to login and it caused me to lose time at work until the system started working again. There have been a few times where logging in did not work for hours, but was eventually resolved.
Zoho Mail has the best Software for beginners of choice and paid service as well, as a non-profit it suite our starts. not just trial but full account access for life.
I don't think there is a least I love from the software, I just love everything.
Integrating with other tools and devices was difficult. The limited versions are quite limited. Also, terrible spam filtering (filters known contacts in spam occasionally and not always catching obvious spam)
- Free to get set up with a custom domain
Not as easy to get going as with GSuite if you're working with many users and wanting to work in different email clients, but there's really no grounds to complain about this as it's free!
Customer support takes too long to respond. I left an enquiry note which took 3days to respond. They also charge high amounts for a user to access additional storage.
By the time that I started with this software, I was able to register for free and create as many as 20 email accounts. I do not need to say that it was perfect for my small business. Besides that, there were available the mobile apps (iOS and Android), so I was able to receive real time notifications when new emails arrived. I still have access to those features by the way. I really like that they have three inboxes in the same email account. Let me explain: Inbox (for normal emails), Notifications (only for notification emails) and Newsletter (only for newsletters). This way, emails do not get mixed such as other email platforms. I find this feature really useful.
I think that they changed pricing plans and most of features, or the way they used to present them, have changed. For example, the free plan does not include mobile apps. I think that they made a mistake and should activate again the old pricing plans.
- Ease of use: Zoho makes using the dashboard almost a 'familiar' experience right from the first time
Zoho Customer support could improve. Support can be slow to respond and it is not always easy to communicate only in English. However, once they engage with you, they normally try their hardest to help.
- I can manage multiple email accounts from different domain names all in one place.
- There have been a few times when I wasn't quite sure how to do something. I think the usability could be improved, but it's definitely not terrible.
I use this daily and it's great. It is totally separate from my website hosting email and with a few settings on the server & on my domain registrar, my mail was set up. I use it on my local computer/devices OR I can also login and manage email on the web. I set up folders, filters, blacklist/whitelists, and love that I can create an alias email to give out if I don't want someone to have the private email.
It seems like my email sometimes appears to be offline in my computer mail app. It's usually brief but it happens. The more recent setup for anti-spoofing settings were a pain in the butt to set up and I had to contact support for help b/c their instructions were wrong (but, like I said, they did help me and were eager to please).
By default, it will automatically sort your e-mails into folders it thinks are appropriate, such as "Promotions", "Newsletters", etc. Which, if you aren't aware that it's doing this, could lead you to miss out on e-mails because you didn't check the separate, additional folder that Zoho decided to create for that type of e-mail. While the actual linking with a domain name was easy, it was very difficult to set up all of the security features. It would be nice if it was a little more guided or gave some assisted with that process (or just more easily linked with the domain provider).
I feel your Zoho Forms could have a free offering with a very limited submission for a month with Google drive integration.
The only thing that I would like them to improve is the ability to customize more themes but with the new interface you almost do not even need it.
After a configuration which was not too difficult a few years ago, I now have various email addresses with my own domain name for free. I connect my devices to it through IMAP and it works flawlessly. Functionalities are similar to other providers (filters, automatic reply etc). The free version is limited to 5 GB so you have to clean your mailboxes regularly
The website may not be as nice as Gmail but if you use dedicated software for collecting your emails you will not see it
There is the odd and rare occasion where their Junk filter will stop certain mail from reaching our forwarders, while this is a rarity it has happened with important invoices and other documents that were lost for a period of time or forcibly resent by the original sender. Similarly, on occasion the forward will fail to one or more addresses however we are given a report of the failing and as such can't really complain, since this literally resolves itself.
The interface is well designed and it is a great way step out of the domination of google based mail which then transfers your data to way too many other apps.
limited compatible fonts. sometimes it is difficult to understand if one needs to adjust the the control panel or the configuration settings
I was a first-time email administrator using this software, and it was intuitive to set up, with many help articles and tutorials available.
Despite me putting in too much work setting up and managing email routing rules, they have never worked as well as some other email clients. Things get routed to Spam that have been marked safe, and other emails don't always make it in the right folder that items from that sender should automatically route to. The big players figured this out long ago, so it feels like a big step back.
Interface is logical and UI is smooth, web mail, iPhone app, customizable push notifications, Gmail alternative, integration with custom domain names
They recently took away imap access for free accounts
Zoho Mail essentially has all of the modern features that standard email provides as well including great productivity additions such as Notes, Tasks, and Calendar applications within Zoho Mail. I found this extremely effective as when I received mail previously I would have to hand write important information such as dates and tasks instead I can do it all within one client making it much more efficient.
One thing I disliked about the Software is the UI (User Interface) To me it wasn't as aesthetically pleasing to look at however Zoho has made up for it by its excellent functionality.
Themes take a lot of time to load. The absence of newsletter feature. You have to pay for additional storage ( above 5GB). It is not possible to import contacts from your social media.
I used Zoho mostly for their free email hosting on which I can use my own domain. This is a great free solution if you want to set up mailboxes for your domain name for free.
Since Zoho placed some restrictions on the free tier such as no forwarding, I was forced to look at a paid plan which is priced similarly to Gmail (Gsuite). A Gsuite subscription is better in all aspects so I decided to leave Zoho for a Gsuite subscription.
Previously SMTP setup was available with the free version to setup email client apps which support Zoho has stopped for free users. I think there should be some limit for setup but it should be available if someone wants to use any desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird!
Grátis
None that I have found so far
