BlueX is a powerful survey tool that offers a fresh approach to gathering feedback. Now anyone within an organization (employees, instructors, researchers) can create surveys on demand without the learning curve requirements. With BlueX, you can conduct market research, monitor customer and employee satisfaction, and more. Surveys can be governed at the organizational level so you can keep track of data and projects while giving users independence to create the surveys they need.
I cannot think of any cons at the moment. We initially purchased Blue Evaluations and then added 360. My only regret is that our HR department had strong feelings about using a product they utilize for the SIS system. Additional use cases for 360 would be nice.
At times, customer support can take too long to respond. When there is an issue with a project, I often require a solution before the next action can be completed, so quick response time to a ticketed request is important. This response time is not consistent.
The software brings you several options to do an assessment and generate reports. So, it's easy to customize any action to your need.
The software is difficult to operate because it has its own mechanic and logic. The reports are great, but you cannot change the way they look.
The integration with other systems e.g. Active Directory is an area of improvement.
