The support team is brilliant, excellent customer support. Also great tutorials. Great job!
The software is easy to use, you don't need any long introduction to be able to produce good quality movies or trainings.

SlidePresenter is young dynamic company with a promising software solution. The employees seems to be motivated to deliver a good serivce. Missing features can be integrated later in the solution - feedback from customers is welcome.

Customer support is responsive and there are plenty of tutorials
Customer support is responsive and there are plenty of tutorials. The program itself is also easy to use
There was a hurdle to learn how to use the program but once I figured it out I had no trouble.

Overall we are very happy that we have made the decision for the slidepresenter system. And we are looking forward to the further cooperation.
One of the major pros of this system is that the content of the various eLearnings can be designed by employees for employees.
One drawback is that even though the editing of the interactions can be done quickly, especially in the editing and also in the presentation of interactionboxes the assignment of the interaction is sometimes difficult. In some cases, larger grids would be advantageous in order to make the processing easier for the user. Very user friendly. Was able to be up and running in a short period of time. Limited graphics and presentation styles are available.
