There were no benefits. These people are scam artists.

Nothing. It did not produce the results as stated.

I did not get anywhere near the leads suggested. I was on a 30 day promotional and cancelled. Lead Support Manager confirmed receipt of the email cancelling however claimed I got leads, asked for the lead pages that were sent. My last email to her was that I was getting the run around and I demanded to get my refund. The idea of a central format and the cost is good.

Need more templates and you need to allow for integrations with Zapier so I can directly connect leads to my CRM. Very poor!

They did not have any to talk about and another bad company for Real Estate!

Promises were not kept and under produced with a poor guaranty!!!

I like the support. However, the support has gotten slower within the last year.

I like the simplicity of the program. I like how easy it makes doing a Facebook ad.

On my 1st ad it ran a week generated 31 leads and 30 days later got my 1st contract from one of those leads.

Straight Forward & EZ To use and training to boot. if that weren’t enough, you get access to a personal trainer too!

Nothing to not like, worked well and as stated.

I hope to use this in the future to garner solid leads, save time and earn more income.

Due to some unfortunate issues, I had to request a refund within the first 24 hours. So, I executed the companies 24-hour no-questions-asked policy to have the money I paid credited back to my account. The team at Arsenal was nothing less than courteous. Although I was asked a few questions, they were aimed at improving my experience and determining if there was something the company could do better. The concept is absolutely amazing and although I did not get a chance to use it, I am impressed with their level of customer service and plan to return when it's more financially feasible.

I experienced two technical glitches after sign-up...one with the with the calendy software used for scheduling consultations and the other with my password.

I love it ! The program is easy to operate

It is a big advantage to have the program, it gives us the options to create the ads using a lead capturing page aka Landing page.

This software is very easy to use if you're looking to get into Facebook advertising and wanting to get more leads. Their follow up is awesome too! I've closed 2 deals in the last 30 days with their follow up strategy. The support is great too. Extremely quick response times

The thing I like most about this software is the ease of use and customization. Very easy to follow along with tutorial to make ads.

Price is ridiculous and the leads aren’t very credible. Haven’t gained one great lead yet but still trying.

It is a great tool, I just wish I was getting better results

That the landing pages were already in place and the emails and text messages.

Some of the steps with the training don't match what I am seeing on my side especially with the messenger bot.

I email my customers setup fantastic autoresponders with ease.

I bought this to get more exposure on social media. I was able to keep in contact but given the area, just did not see results from the ads. Was not able to connect to get any appointments, I did get to keep my leads when I opted out. Response was great from the techs.

The great setup for followup letters and easy to use for FB

Software worked extremely well. There is a learning curve to getting your ads up and running on FB

The templates being pre made was a great feature. Takes the guess work out of landing pages.

The videos were too time consuming. The attempts I made on my own to make other social media ads were unsuccessful. My last run ad gave me a zero lead count. I know I am not a savvy social media person to even begin to try and understand the algorithm. Customer service does not listen - they did not give any solutions to current roadblocks in their system. They kept saying that the system works - however could not give directions and tried to blame other CRM's for their software problems. When I asked for a refund - due to the system not doing what was promised - it was denied, they kept payment for a system that didn't do as promised. Not a good experience unfortunately.

sorry - nothing. this system is new and has not been tested enough - young developers who are not ready to run a business.

the software is not exclusive to YOU - when they attach links it also promotes your competition. They are unable to integrate with your current platform/CRM. It is a small company that has not yet put thought into the details of the product and the user. I never have been able to sync my app. It keeps telling me that it is unable to synchronize my contacts. This is a great CRM and easy to use. The automated follow-up system is great. Easy to learn and use ad generator and collect of the leads is automatic. Simply set a follow-up plan and start cashing checks

Was hoping to generate leads. I did but there was no quality to them.

They do a good job of posting to Facebook, Twitter , Instagram.

It is all self service. There is online chat available but if you are not technically savvy, you have to weed through a bunch of videos to try and figure it out. You are likely never going to talk to a live person. Also, there is an assumption with these videos that what they do will work in every market. I was getting eaten alive with charges from Facebook even with a $10 a day budget and wasn't sure how to fix it or who to talk to about that at Arsenal.

For me this was a great product, but I had to get my money refunded because I'm leaving the real estate business. I'm astounded at the amount of hours that went into this product/system.

ok, not the greatest due to the support having limited time and no one on one when setting up landing pages and connecting through facebook, would be great to get on SKYPE or ZOOM to go over the videos live

I like the bot feature where it allows to have clients/consumers type in their info and then text you after

Its a great tool but having to be self-taught is challenging and will prefer a one on one training via web.

I need to learn more about by monthly mailers on how to set it up and have it do automatic emails without me having to do anything. Perfect and flawless from the application to the support teams

As many of you know, it’s hard generating leads and can be very very costly. Relying on major platforms cost me so much money and I was locked into crazy contracts. With arsenal, I was able to generate 25 leads in one day on my first day and was able to sell a $900k equestrian property from the those leads. I also was able to generate leads for my commercial side of business and secured a buyer for a 7.8 million light industrial building. With arsenal I have reduced my marketing expenses to less than $1k when before I was spending well over $3500 while struggling to get quality leads. All leads from arsenal aren’t perfect but you get quanity which is better than what agents normally pay for on OTHER major home search engines and leads that they claim to provide

Great lead generator for me and has taught me a lot about marketing. CSR gives out so much in great ideas that you can use to improve your leads/marketing/and just presence. their YouTube Videos are the best, go to videos out there.

The software is very easy to use! I am not an easy person to teach (old School). But found if you followed the provided videos CSR explains everything in great detail and best of all its understandable to someone that is still new to technology.

At this time I can't think of anything. I love it so far!
