With a single click, you can use your entire team's emails to promote upcoming events, generate more leads, get more replies and boost your social media following.
Can add dynamic content to your email signature. Your latest blog posts or video, updated call to actions and marketing messages. You can do things with this tool that is impossible to do without it.
Can get costly if you have a large team as you have to pay for each user, a team plan would be great. by WiseStamp on 02/12/2018 Thanks for the great Review, Ryan!BTW - you can get a team plan with our company email signature management >> https://www.wisestamp.com/corporate/
It has a lots of options and is very easy to use.
You have to pay for the service to get some of the best options. by WiseStamp on 21/01/2019 Thanks for a great review, John!
Hard to turn off when replying to an email so it does not take up so much space. Sometimes it can be a little clunky when switching signatures to use on desktop.
I was able to set up a clean looking email signature by modifying a template. After doing some testing, the total time investment was about an hour.
I've had a few quirks using WiseStamp in my web-based Gmail over time, but they usually work themselves out after awhile. by WiseStamp on 12/02/2019 Thanks for the thumbs up!
Nothing comes to mind - it's been great!
It can help you create a beautiful and professional email signature that you can use in your email clients. IT can help you promote your other digital footprints.
There are limits on how many footprints that you can embed to one signature. The full features are supported by several email clients.
Awesome way to so stay in front of your audience. Every email puts you in front of your marketplace.
Maybe some day soon the software will allow me to edit on the fly. This option will really allow personalizing the data I am forwarding.
There are not as many templates as I hoped thee would be. You can probally just copy and paste your finished template into your email app and not pay for it.
I haven't used the program long but so far I haven't found any issues. I'll post again in the future if anything comes up! by WiseStamp on 12/09/2018 Thanks for your review, Amanda.
Extremely easy to use. Applies the signature for you. Plenty of options and it can be done for free
I would like to not have to sign up for an account but it's worth it to have a great looking signature. by WiseStamp on 17/03/2019 Thanks for an awesome review, Justin!
It used to work great, now it doesn’t. Used to be able to assign multiple different emails to signatures, been using it this way for 2.5 years, now the owner of the company wants to argue with me about it
Glitchy interface while using chrome browser. Emails assigned to WiseStamp signatures don’t function, as in a signature is still showing up when I tell it not too. by WiseStamp on 12/09/2018 Hi Chad - sorry to hear your experience wend from good to not so good :-/I sent you my contact information and would appreciate a few minutes of your time so we can fix what needs fixing both in the product and your customer experience.
Website was user friendly and had many features
TERRIBLE customer service! I'm still waiting for a reply to my email I sent 4 days ago. The signature also had big gaps between each line once plugged into Outlook Web App settings. It therefore made the signature take up far more space than it needed to. Between these 2 reasons was major reason why I went with another provider
The only con I can think of is that sometimes, I need to refresh my email to connect WiseStamp again, but very minor con by WiseStamp on 14/05/2018 Hi Millie and thanks for the thumbs up! Don't forget to check out some of the new features, such as adding GIFs (on Gmail, Yahoo and other webmail providers), new fonts and new templates are coming up soon!
Hard to complain about this software, as I love it. However, if there was something to mention, I did have the software/chrome widget disconnect a few times from Gmail for whatever reason. I wouldn't even mention it, but something is required here. by WiseStamp on 13/05/2018 Thanks for the review - always a unique sense of pride when we see we scored a perfect ten!And don't forget to check out our new features: animated gifs & more fonts.
When I found WiseStamp, I fell in love! Gmail is very limited in terms of what you can do with your signatures, WiseStamp creates beautiful signatures and it is very easy for you to compose these!
I wish that it worked on iOS (not really a con but, a wish). You used to be able to copy and paste the HTML that was used on your signature line (for use on other platforms) but, you can no longer do that. Perhaps you can do so on a premium program? Really, those are wishes rather than cons. It works great and does so consistently!
I like the dashbooard for creating the signatures. It's well layed out and easy to make and edit as many signatures as you need. I like the sample layout "templates" they have created too.
Customer support is AWFUL. The agent avoided answering my questions because he did not want to admit that wisestamp does not work well on all platforms.
On certain signatures formats, when i click to change font color it does not do it.
Various templates are available to create your own business signature. The options allow your signature to look professional, include various options, designed to fit your business.
When starting out, ads are in the free version of the software, although the signatures still look professional. by WiseStamp on 17/05/2018 Thanks for the review, Barbi - and glad to hear you like WiseStamp!
WiseStamp dressed up my emails and made them look truly professional. It also allows me to show off my face, which is great for when you have to meet up with a new face at a coffeeshop—they know who to look for! It was easy to install and easy to maintain.
I wish that there were more design options, and I dread needing to update it. Overall, though, it's hard to find anything to complain about.
I loved the profile picture that gets added, the universality of a stamp across the agency, and the ability for users to add relevant information to their own page.
I dislike the scrolling images that can be added at the bottom of the signature - it feels tacky and too much like an unasked for ad. by WiseStamp on 08/04/2019 Thanks for the great review!
The central administration is key for a unified corporate brand. And it's great that we can include apps to help our customers view our freshest content. Also, it's always good for a sales person to have his or her photo in an email signature so people don't feel like they're talking to some anonymous cold-caller.
Nothing. It has been a terrible experience.
Awful customer support.
I can't stress how much I love wisestamp. We have been looking for an easy way to have a signature on emails and WiseStamp is the answer. It's super easy to setup and there is an option for free or a paid version.
Nothing at all to dislike here. I spent a lot of time looking for an email signature solution and WiseStamp works perfectly.
Nice User Interface. Low price. Cloud based
Tech support is simply horrible. When you have multiple emails connected to your gmail account not easy to use by WiseStamp on 26/09/2019 Hi Cyril,
I used to be able to change certain things for free. Now I am unable to. by WiseStamp on 12/08/2018 Thanks for the review, Andrea!Indeed we are focusing our new features on creating value to our PRO users - like adding animated GIF to signatures, more fonts, etc.All basic features are available - and always will be - for free users.
I love that the signature is free, looks professional, and I could use my bitmoji as the photo without upgrading to a paid subscription.
My signature does not always populate when writing emails, and never populated when accessing emails through my phone.
Some of the information in the signature, such as your tweets, are auto-updated. But some clients don't support this auto-updating feature. by WiseStamp on 12/11/2018 Thanks for the thumbs up Jeffry
I like to be abble to customize all my signature, with image, links and even call to action. It is very nice if you have like me severall business to manage
Sometimes the app disconnect itself from Gmail and I have to relink it in Firefox. I don't know how to fix this.
✅ fácil de usar
none, they provide great software and very awesome design by WiseStamp on 07/11/2018 Thanks for the great review - we rock :)
Lets me turn my email signature into a marketing tool. I send out hundreds of emails a day and Wisestamp lets me create dynamic content in my email signature to drive traffic to my website, Youtube channel and just about anywhere else I want to send people, without having to constantly update my email signature.
About once every 1-2 months I get some quirks with Wisestamp where it does not display my email signature, but is easily fixed by logging in and refreshing the connection. Not a big deal.
I had no complaints, other than I found a cheaper alternative service that accomplishes the same thing. by WiseStamp on 02/12/2018 Thanks for the thumbs up, stranger
Wisestamp is very easy to use and has great features that have helped me look like a professional when sending emails.
An improvement can be made on the appearance of users name and job title for FREE users anyways. It looks too plain and without style. by WiseStamp on 24/06/2019 Thanks for the review, Samuel!
I like how they let you create any type of signature for your gmail, outlook or email that you use on your pc or mac. You can even put links to YouTube videos if you wanted. I think having some kind of signature that looks so professional makes you stand out from the rest.
It costs way too much for what it does, I found other software that do the same for way cheaper. After this year is done I am switching to one of those other ones. I think they are trying to do way too much than what they originally started doing. Just stick to doing the email signature and keep it cheaper rather than trying to do websites, promote businesses and doing what mail-chimp does.
Easy to use and setup. We have multiple signatures set up for different people, organizations, and situations. This makes it easy to have consistent contact info and a small call to action.
A bit time-consuming at first getting everything set up, working properly and not feel overwhelming. There is a ton of options to have and choosing to keep it simple and straight forward can take some tweaking.
The vibrancy. I like how the information at the end of my emails, now jumps out at the reader - my signature is no longer an afterthought but rather the cherry on top of the sundae.
It is awkward and cumbersome to transfer the signature files over to my email client. Also any updates also take me down the same programming road - seems like it should be simpler.
nothing as it does not work. the instructions to implement seem easy, but they are not.
nothing as it does not work. it would be nice if they offered to support their product other than an e mail exchange to which they do not reply. by WiseStamp on 10/12/2019 Hi James,I'm sorry to hear that your experience with WiseStamp was not satisfactory. We are working hard to give good service, and would love to learn what we did wrong. You didn't leave the email address that you used, so I can't address your complaint specifically, but you are welcome to send me a direct message and I will check the issues you raised.I've sent you a dm with my email. Thanks,Daniel
There's the limit on how many social profiles that you can include.
It creates beautiful signatures when it works. However, it does not reliably work.
Requires tremendous customer support for troubleshooting. However, the support is only via email, and is very limited and frustrating.
Nothing. It's been beneficial to my work day
It’s a little glitchy still Sometimes a signature has gotten un-assigned and we have to go into Wisestamp and retry it.
The auto update feature is not supported by all email platforms.
WiseStamp is probably the most professional email signature software I've run across online. I was easily able to create a neat/professional email signature with WiseStamp.
The least thing I like is the pricing structure. I prefer one time fees. by WiseStamp on 10/07/2019 Thanks for the great review, Tarcea!
Sometimes the signature you created might 'go off' a bit after you pasted it on your page... the line looks different or the shape changed. So you need to test it out on your page before you can finalize. by WiseStamp on 24/06/2019 Thanks for the great review, David.
So cheap, so simple to look like a pro on your emails. No need for fancy coding with wisestamp
Signature templates are limited, more variety needed, by WiseStamp on 10/04/2019 Thanks for the great review, Yolanda!
I can't think of any. I love everything about this. by WiseStamp on 31/03/2019 Thanks for the great review, Frank!
What did I like most? The free trial. But that was absolutely not what I received once my trial was over.
The free trial was amazing, but nothing was transferable. The output of the email signature was nothing like I created, it was not mobile friendly, and formatting was not consistent. When I had set up a call with the Support Team, nothing was resolved, and she had to check on every question + "get back to me". Nothing was resolved.
WiseStamp makes it easy to create professional looking email signatures complete with photos and graphics if you wish.
I have successfully setup used WiseStamp signatures in multiple email clients on both Mac and Windows—but this isn't for the faint of heart. Each client is a little different, though WiseStamp helpfully offers a pretty thorough, step-by-guide guide that includes most of the more popular clients. by WiseStamp on 16/12/2018 Thanks for the kind review!
I never think the benefice of add a signature in your emails untill wisestamp
The montly pricing have non sense, because you dont make a signature every day (unless you sell the service).
A signature with dynamic content and live hooks into social media tools or website offers has increased traffic and click-through rates. The pro version is worth it as it allows you to create multiple signatures if you want your signature to be tailored to the address used for sending. Being able to include banners and add custom HTML code,or products on offer, stands out visually and we can see that through better engagement with emails.
The free plan suppors a range of email providers, but it doesn't support Mac based mail, otherwise it'd be a decent fit for many. However, the upgrade is worth it for all the extra bells and whistles that come with it. by WiseStamp on 01/08/2018 Thanks Edwin for the great review! BTW if you are using a webmail (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) try adding a GIF to your signature - from our experience it will skyrocket your click through rates on your emails.
It's years I'm using WiseStamp on all my Google Mails. It auto populates at the bottom of my emails as soon as I start to compose an email. and I have all the templates to create professional signatures. Actually my signature looks far better than those many global companies use in house.
The only cons is that, since I have multiple signatures, I need to always be careful I'm using the correct one. I wish there were radio buttons or something to make it easier to select the right one. by WiseStamp on 01/08/2018 Thanks Alfred for the thumbs up!
For my current needs, the price to remove the ad-logo at bottom of the page is a little out of reach, however, I don't mind giving credit to such an awesome product. by WiseStamp on 29/07/2018 Thanks for the thumbs up, Jireh! Re pricing, please note that we have a WiseStamp for Teams solution that very affordable - it costs around $2 monthly per user.
What I like most about Wisestamp is how it can take an email signature from "eh" and "so-so" to "excellent" and "stellar in a few minutes time.
What I like least is how Wisestamp tries to force free users to include a Wisestamp promotional graphic.
I wish there were more template options and a builder to create your own from scratch. It would also be helpful if there was an alert for broken links or something to let you know if something isn't working.
Wise stamp is easy to use, has lots of features and has a good free option if you don't mind a small link on the bottom of your signature.
If you do not use the free version, I think it can get a little expensive compared to other options. by WiseStamp on 06/06/2018 Thanks for the thumbs up! BTW if you like the standardized signatures, we are soon launching our business cards feature - so you can order a standardized template for each member of your entire company with a single click.
Wisestamp allows you to quickly create a professional signature for your entire team. You can add social media links, upload a photo and customize the look to fit your brand.
You can adjust colors, fonts and choose a theme, but I wish there was a tad more customization in the layout of designs and adding CTAs. by WiseStamp on 14/05/2018 Hi Jared, thanks for the thumbs up - glad you like it!
It took a while for me to figure out the best way to use this software with what I was trying to do. BUt i was able to figure it out over time.
It's a good product. It makes a nice pretty signature. Looks great and is easy to use. But while I like the product itself the support ruined it for me.
The customer support is terrible. It took them 10 days to contact me after I tried multiple times to email them. There is no support number and no one really cares if you are having an issue. by WiseStamp on 27/04/2018 Hi - this is Asaf and I'm in charge of support. We obviously dropped the ball here and I apologize for not giving you the experience our users deserve. With fast growth come new challenges, and supporting nearly 1M users is on top of our 2018 challenges. This is why we've tripled our support team, and we now get back to users within 24 hours (on weekdays). We'll be adding chat towards the end of Q2, to provide real time support, which I find crucial in this day and age.Hope this makes sense, and I hope you give us another chance.
I find Wisetamp fairly intuitive and enjoyable to use, and since I purchased it through a Lifetime deal, I find it offers decent value.
I feel the template options are quite limited, and they're starting to look and feel a bit dated. I want designs that are more modern and cutting-edge. The most frustrating thing for me has been the limited font selection. Most modern SaaS solutions integrate with Google Fonts at a minimum, even if they do not offer custom typography to be used. This is a must to keep branding consistent across various platforms. by WiseStamp on 28/03/2018 Thanks Parisa for your review!Updating our signatures is something we're doing often - but we are launching a few updates that you may like real soon: ¿ Adding GIFs to your email signatures will be available next month (April 2018)
The fact that after the trial period when I canceled the product I was still charged for it. A year later, they charged me yet again for it. by WiseStamp on 02/04/2018 Hi anonymous reviewer.Your review indicates the product did not deliver as promised. While this happens with technology every now and then, we work hard to improve and to provide an excellent product and user experience. I really wished you had approached us to conduct a constructive dialogue, instead of writing an anonymous review that is disrespectful, offensive, and filled with false accusations. We love to get user feedback, and we try to learn even from those negative reviews nobody likes to receive.
Honestly, it's a very good tool to have as a small business owner. I'm basically a 1 person team and creating a professional looking signature is key to attracting new clients. The best part about the software is that it's super easy to edit and change things on-the-fly. The user experience is very simple but fun at the same time. It allows you to make your signature very personalized, for example, on mine, I have included a disclaimer at the bottom for your environmental responsibility. You can even add logos, etc. They also have a free version you can use to test things out before purchasing. 9/10!
A lot of the options are unavailable for those who haven't purchased the full version. That said, the free version still offers quite a lot of choices, which is pretty surprising. It's worth the money.
Being able to create multiple signatures for different purposes and choose them easily in the Gmail interface is my favorite feature. It is very easy to set up the information and scroll through templates to find what looks the best. I also like being able to add my own random "taglines" to the bottom of my signatures.
I'd like to be able to modify some of the templates. For example, I like some layouts but don't like the "e" for email, "w" for website, etc. that are in some templates.
It strangely has some issues with Incognito tabs and VPN's as it send me notifications of needing to redo my signature. It might have been fixed with a recent update, but the repeated prompts became annoying quickly
Easy and fast to use and customize.
Some cool features are on their paid plan only
Not much. The only thing that I would say is when some people respond to me and I see my email below theirs, my signature doesn't look the same. It only happens with some email accounts- probably the more basic ones.
Easy to use; professional; many choices for set-up; love the fact you can add a photo
