All our staff uses WiseStamp for email signature. Some opted for the paid version, and some did not. It a great tool that is easy to set up, and keep uniform throughout your business. Once you set it up, you can forget about it!

Hard to turn off when replying to an email so it does not take up so much space. Sometimes it can be a little clunky when switching signatures to use on desktop.

I bought a lifetime license of this a couple years ago and it's served me well. Granted, I don't have a very complicated setup and I haven't touched my signature since I first set it up. But for me, it's great! I don't have to worry about how it looks because it looks good everywhere.

I was able to set up a clean looking email signature by modifying a template. After doing some testing, the total time investment was about an hour.

There are not as many templates as I hoped thee would be. You can probally just copy and paste your finished template into your email app and not pay for it.

Provided me with a simple program (easily self taught) with a professional signature as a result to add to all business related matters. I've used other software before with a previous job that was much more creative but the consequence was alot of glitches and kinks that weren't worth it to me.

TERRIBLE customer service! I'm still waiting for a reply to my email I sent 4 days ago. The signature also had big gaps between each line once plugged into Outlook Web App settings. It therefore made the signature take up far more space than it needed to. Between these 2 reasons was major reason why I went with another provider

Great looking, and professional, signatures!

When I found WiseStamp, I fell in love! Gmail is very limited in terms of what you can do with your signatures, WiseStamp creates beautiful signatures and it is very easy for you to compose these!

I wish that it worked on iOS (not really a con but, a wish). You used to be able to copy and paste the HTML that was used on your signature line (for use on other platforms) but, you can no longer do that. Perhaps you can do so on a premium program? Really, those are wishes rather than cons. It works great and does so consistently!

If this was a free or $9.99 annual fee I would say it was worth the money. But it's way more than that and it's just nt worth it. I have not tried other sig services but there MUST be better out there. We will find another company for sigs once our subscription runs out.

I like the dashbooard for creating the signatures. It's well layed out and easy to make and edit as many signatures as you need. I like the sample layout "templates" they have created too.

Customer support is AWFUL. The agent avoided answering my questions because he did not want to admit that wisestamp does not work well on all platforms.

Basically, I saw it on a friend's email, begged her to tell me how she did it, and got it for myself. I am normally very stingy about business purchases, but this was a clear winner. I've used it happily ever since!

WiseStamp dressed up my emails and made them look truly professional. It also allows me to show off my face, which is great for when you have to meet up with a new face at a coffeeshop—they know who to look for! It was easy to install and easy to maintain.

I wish that there were more design options, and I dread needing to update it. Overall, though, it's hard to find anything to complain about.

WiseStamp gives a more professional look to emails with little work on the part of administrators or users. The picture helps at our agency when there is a mix of face to face meetings and electronic communication. It was really simple to add on and makes the agency look cohesive to outside people.

I loved the profile picture that gets added, the universality of a stamp across the agency, and the ability for users to add relevant information to their own page.

Some of the templates don't show up in an email exactly the way they do in the administrator; but, we found a few alternatives that work for us.

The central administration is key for a unified corporate brand. And it's great that we can include apps to help our customers view our freshest content. Also, it's always good for a sales person to have his or her photo in an email signature so people don't feel like they're talking to some anonymous cold-caller.

Awful customer support, they just keep telling you the same thing over and over again without listening. WiseStamp signatures automatically feed into our Gmail accounts, and yes, we deleted all the damn extensions and did everything as instructed several times. And still every morning, like in goddamn Groundhog Day we wake up to stupid trial signatures and have to delete it manually over and over again. Their customer support just sends me messages like "Thank you for your email, please go through the instructions" - instructions which do not apply.

Nothing. It has been a terrible experience.

The overall experience with WiseStamp is all positive. It's easy and free and they are always adding to the product. I get compliments on my email signature all the time.

I can't stress how much I love wisestamp. We have been looking for an easy way to have a signature on emails and WiseStamp is the answer. It's super easy to setup and there is an option for free or a paid version.

Anytime we have had a tech support issue the experience was poor. Takes days before they reply to your email. When they reply they don’t actually read the info you supply them. So you waste your time back and forth for days trying to get them to properly read the tech ticket before you get a solution to your problem.

My signature does not always populate when writing emails, and never populated when accessing emails through my phone.

Must have tool to turn your email signature into a marketing tool for your business.

Lets me turn my email signature into a marketing tool. I send out hundreds of emails a day and Wisestamp lets me create dynamic content in my email signature to drive traffic to my website, Youtube channel and just about anywhere else I want to send people, without having to constantly update my email signature.

About once every 1-2 months I get some quirks with Wisestamp where it does not display my email signature, but is easily fixed by logging in and refreshing the connection. Not a big deal.

There are a lot of templates to make cusotmizing a signature easy. I like that you could also include confidentiality notices and "please save a tree" notices too

I had a problem of needing an email signature and they provided what I needed but then I found out it was too expensive and other would do the same for cheaper.

I like how they let you create any type of signature for your gmail, outlook or email that you use on your pc or mac. You can even put links to YouTube videos if you wanted. I think having some kind of signature that looks so professional makes you stand out from the rest.

It costs way too much for what it does, I found other software that do the same for way cheaper. After this year is done I am switching to one of those other ones. I think they are trying to do way too much than what they originally started doing. Just stick to doing the email signature and keep it cheaper rather than trying to do websites, promote businesses and doing what mail-chimp does.

Easy to use and setup. We have multiple signatures set up for different people, organizations, and situations. This makes it easy to have consistent contact info and a small call to action.

A bit time-consuming at first getting everything set up, working properly and not feel overwhelming. There is a ton of options to have and choosing to keep it simple and straight forward can take some tweaking.

I am solving the situation of having any prospective clients halfway around the base by the time I meet them one on one - and they've had an opportunity to learn a little about who I am and what I do.

The vibrancy. I like how the information at the end of my emails, now jumps out at the reader - my signature is no longer an afterthought but rather the cherry on top of the sundae.

It is awkward and cumbersome to transfer the signature files over to my email client. Also any updates also take me down the same programming road - seems like it should be simpler.

Terrible experience. I bought the pro version and followed the instructions to implement to which it does not work. I called them & there is no support other than an e mail support as they are too cheap to have live techs to support their product. No one replied to my numerous e mails asking for assistance. This is not how to run a business as the customers are paying the bills and they are surely not a customer friendly firm especially after they get your money. STAY AWAY..........

It can create good looking and useful email signatures easily. Embedding them in emails is also easy.

There's the limit on how many social profiles that you can include.

I would not use this service. It not of value due to software issues. I recommend holding off until these recurrent issues are addressed. I am in the process of researching alternative products.

Requires tremendous customer support for troubleshooting. However, the support is only via email, and is very limited and frustrating.

Awful. Embarrassing. I'm new to my company, in a position that was solely created for me, so I was extremely embarrassed that this was a flop. The free trial had everything we were looking for, and ended up being nothing we expected. We were then harassed via email proceeding the canceling, addressed as "John Smith".

What did I like most? The free trial. But that was absolutely not what I received once my trial was over.

The free trial was amazing, but nothing was transferable. The output of the email signature was nothing like I created, it was not mobile friendly, and formatting was not consistent. When I had set up a call with the Support Team, nothing was resolved, and she had to check on every question + "get back to me". Nothing was resolved.

The one caveat I might offer to anyone with a particular and similar use case: while I use different email clients for different purposes on different devices, I've landed on AppleMail with Mailbutler installed on my primary computer—a Macbook Pro. Mailbutler also offers some signature creation capabilities, and it can take a bit of doing to figure out which bit of software is doing what, between WiseStamp, Mailbutler and AppleMail.

WiseStamp makes it easy to create professional looking email signatures complete with photos and graphics if you wish.

I have successfully setup used WiseStamp signatures in multiple email clients on both Mac and Windows—but this isn't for the faint of heart. The montly pricing have non sense, because you dont make a signature every day (unless you sell the service).

It's years I'm using WiseStamp on all my Google Mails. It auto populates at the bottom of my emails as soon as I start to compose an email. and I have all the templates to create professional signatures. Actually my signature looks far better than those many global companies use in house.

A great looking email signature!

What I like most about Wisestamp is how it can take an email signature from "eh" and "so-so" to "excellent" and "stellar in a few minutes time.

What I like least is how Wisestamp tries to force free users to include a Wisestamp promotional graphic.

I like WiseStamp and have used it for years. It's an easy and quick way to get a professional looking signature in my emails. I love that I can link to social media and my blog posts too.

I wish there were more template options and a builder to create your own from scratch. It would also be helpful if there was an alert for broken links or something to let you know if something isn't working.

I think this makes our company look more professional and it also helps us to standardize our signatures.

Wise stamp is easy to use, has lots of features and has a good free option if you don't mind a small link on the bottom of your signature.

I really enjoy the personality my wisestamp signature brings to my emails. It makes it very personable and looks very professional.

It took a while for me to figure out the best way to use this software with what I was trying to do. BUt i was able to figure it out over time.

Support is terrible and I received no benefits.

It's a good product. It makes a nice pretty signature. Looks great and is easy to use. But while I like the product itself the support ruined it for me.

The customer support is terrible. It took them 10 days to contact me after I tried multiple times to email them. Ease of use and a professional signature - though I would've preferred better aesthetics and customization options

I find Wisetamp fairly intuitive and enjoyable to use, and since I purchased it through a Lifetime deal, I find it offers decent value.

I feel the template options are quite limited, and they're starting to look and feel a bit dated. I want designs that are more modern and cutting-edge. The most frustrating thing for me has been the limited font selection. Most modern SaaS solutions integrate with Google Fonts at a minimum, even if they do not offer custom typography to be used. Good idea poorly implemented . It is supposed to work across platforms but many of our customers weren't able to see the signature. Fail .

The fact that after the trial period when I canceled the product I was still charged for it. It made my small business look a little bit bigger... what more can you ask? It helps represent my as a professional company and does a very good job at that. Really, if you're on the fence about getting this software, really don't hesitate. It even has a built-in function with Google Chrome and is super easy to edit/make changes. I've already had people ask me where I got my signature designed, believe it or not! I think it's working well... haha :)

Honestly, it's a very good tool to have as a small business owner. I'm basically a 1 person team and creating a professional looking signature is key to attracting new clients. The best part about the software is that it's super easy to edit and change things on-the-fly. The user experience is very simple but fun at the same time. It allows you to make your signature very personalized, for example, on mine, I have included a disclaimer at the bottom for your environmental responsibility. You can even add logos, etc. They also have a free version you can use to test things out before purchasing. 9/10!

A lot of the options are unavailable for those who haven't purchased the full version. That said, the free version still offers quite a lot of choices, which is pretty surprising. It's worth the money.

Easy to choose from multiple signatures to have the appropriate one depending on the email content and the account being used.

Being able to create multiple signatures for different purposes and choose them easily in the Gmail interface is my favorite feature. It is very easy to set up the information and scroll through templates to find what looks the best. I also like being able to add my own random "taglines" to the bottom of my signatures.

I'd like to be able to modify some of the templates. For example, I like some layouts but don't like the "e" for email, "w" for website, etc. that are in some templates.

I really liked using Wisestamp, it is easy to use, free mostly, and works great with email signatures for all of my outlook and gmail accounts.

It strangely has some issues with Incognito tabs and VPN's as it send me notifications of needing to redo my signature. It might have been fixed with a recent update, but the repeated prompts became annoying quickly

Not much. The only thing that I would say is when some people respond to me and I see my email below theirs, my signature doesn't look the same. It only happens with some email accounts- probably the more basic ones.

WiseStamp provides a clean, professional graphic and photo to my emails. I originally had their "free" signature but was tired of seeing their "advertising" so I elected to pay a small fee to remove their ad. I didn't realize that this fee would be charged on an annual basis so I was surprised to see their charge on my account recently. It would have been better if there was notice before the charge, rather than the surprise.
