JCS is a Retail Jewelry Management System. Track inventory by using RFID or Barcoding. Picture inty. reports available. Sales entered at POS(with EMV ready cc processing), or record when you have time. Track Repairs, Special Orders, Layaways, Accounts Receivable(either Revolving or Installment), Employee Management, Appraisals, Bridal Registry, Customer tracking, including extensive CRM section and wish lists). There is a Time Clock feature, and custom programming is available.

I am sure if I knew all the functions of JCS I would rate everything 5 stars. I can tell you the customer support is superior!

Easy of use once you understand everything the functions and what they can do and provide for your business.

I would like to be able to see multiple screen at once instead of signing in and out of everything all the time.

We have been with JCS since 2009. The customer support rep is always a phone call away and always willing to help in any way. It is great to keep our customer's purchases in one system so we can keep a track of everything.

The ability to track my customer's purchases and the inventory function.

It is fairly simple (meaning in non-technical terms) which makes it easy to use. Plus it an advantage that we have a one-on-one person to speak with to resolve any issues we are having. Any time they issue an update we are notified of the new features and instructions. If there are "bugs" in the update (which is not often) the problem is fixed immediately. Also we have requested certain things and they have worked with us to create or fulfill or needs.

Our rep and his staff are wonderful ! Looked into a lot of computer systems that were set up for retail jewelry stores. Very happy that decided to go with JCS! Nothing but good things to say about the company. Being basically computer illiterate the ease of the system has worked great in our store! The support team has always been there with quick response and always solving my question! Can't say enough about the program!

Great inventory records and tracking. Use of reports. We went from a manual sales system to JCS point of sale and our staff and customers are happier. We are somewhat new users and we learn more about the abilities of the software all the time.

It's ability to do many things related to the jewelry industry. The reporting and inventory features have enabled us to track and keep updated and informative records, which have enhanced our customer service. The ability to get software designed to meet our specific needs.

It has always been a pleasure to work with the rep at JCS. He has been beyond helpful on many occasions and always goes the extra mile. There are a few small issues with the program that stump us. We have had a few issues with the Layaway part and recently had a few glitches when doing inventory, but hard to say where the problem falls. Overall, happy with the program!

Overall, I find JCS a pretty user-friendly system. Representatives are always incredibly helpful and get back to me right away if I have questions. Rep is always open to listening to our needs and implementing what he can to make the system work better for us.

I like that you don't need to be a computer wizard to use it.

There are some things in terms of purchase orders/reorder reports that could be streamlined a little more for our use.
