As a geographer and longtime Mapviewer (since version 2) I like Mapviewers rich featureset, but the best feature is, that Mapviewer is extremely easy to use. The latest version 8 has a ribbon-based user-interface. I must confess, that it took me some time to adopt the new GUI after using the traditional interface for years, but now I would not like to go back. The new GUI makes producing maps even more streamlined.

Simple user interface that most people, who are familiar with computers, could navigate to produce some nice looking, clean maps.

It is a good step away from ArcGIS such that anybody could fiddle around with it and grasp its use and functionality. It does have geoprocessing tools for further complicated spatial analysis, which quite frankly can be employed in any industry. It is somewhat traditional which leads me to believe that is produces "simple" outputs for most to be able to read an understand. I like that MapViewer makes it easy to distribute final map outputs.

THE COST! It is a lot for this software, and given its hefty fee, I think I would consider investing my money into ArcGIS. This would not be a go to software for those people or companies wanting to make a simple map, especially when there is free software that can do the same task at no cost. T do not believe that there is something that really makes me Wow for this software - it simply does what it needs to.

I like how accurate the product is when guessing and searching for their email address. Using Zoom Info, it's a little easier to use but the accuracy is not there as far as getting the correct information. Sales Navigator is extremely accurate.

I don't love that you have to manually type in the persons email to confirm it is correct. While Zoom Info was down, I strictly used Sales Navigator to find out whether the persons information was correct. Like I mentioned before, it's extremely accurate but very time consuming.
