ONLYOFFICE is a collaborative corporate office available as cloud service and on-premises solution.
Compatible & interchangeable with MS Word.
Its spreadsheet & presentation packages are too basic. They can't in any way take the place of corresponding MS or Google packages. It doesn't integrate with cloud printing or printing to any printer for that matter. You've to download the file (as doc or pdf) & print through corresponding software.
Integrates nicely with nextcloud, and can be installed on my own server
The settup is a little bit tricky if trying to install on the same server as nextcloud.
I like all around , perhaps an alternative for MS outlook and a merge with google calendar, definitely on the right path
That it was like Office without having to spend an arm and a leg for it.
OnlyOffice needs to have a Mac app for it.

The use and direction is amazing and so easy to use.
Honestly I dont have any bad things to say about this software.
The only flaw I have noticed that the application has, for me is not being able to open documents, spreadsheets and presentations directly; you have to upload the files to the cloud to view and edit. I love the integration with nextcloud
There's nothing I disliked about Only Office. The only thing they can do better is give it away free.
A simply to use platform that helps me greatly manage my documents and gives me the real-time ability to collaborate with my team.
I truly do not see any as it meets the need for my organization. Whether spreadsheets or documents, it manages them all.
Only Office is a great Office Suite software to use for my everyday work from home as well as for the corporate worker. This Office Suite consist of online document management, corporate communication, mail and project management tools which are great for everyone in the business world. I find this office suite very helpful also for the ones who are working from home especially for writers. It assist in helping without spending enormous amount of money for software.
It's very hard to think of anything wrong with this great software. It's a great match for all that I need for my writing. I just love using this software, simply easy and understandable to read. Some software you need to be a Rocket Scientist to use them, but I feel very comfortable in using this office suite. There is one thing I suggest for Only Office Suite Software is I wish they could update more on the formatting.
I like so many features of OpenOffice but I have had a couple instances of formatting issues when using this software to create word documents. I don't create word docs at all here anymore because when you are starting a business it is essential for everything to look professional.
A great management option for remote location offices and individuals, it is very good in sharing, editing and managing projects, including a wide support of variety document types.
I would say the product does not always gives an accurate status using the overview only, sometimes we have to dig a lot in order to receive a small piece of information, also additional logging for administrators/users actions is less available.
Its a superb tool with caters to almost every office utility. UI and ease of use is way better than competitors.
Might not be as popular as other office tools inspite of being so much better than the rest. Better advertisiment and marketing needs to be done to reach as many tech savy customers as possible
it has a slow loading for opening the main app or opening files and sometimes it log off after being idle for few minutes
It is intuitive. Regardless of the formats you have used, Onlyoffice is readily understood with little need for instruction.
If miss some of my favorite fonts.
Navigaing folders in the cloud services can be a little slow, a trick I have learned is to use the tree.
If you don't have access (or can't) afford MS Office or a professional suite, then ONLYOFFICE can get the job done. It is a free version and very comparable to MS Office which makes it very user friendly. Similar to Google docs, all your files will be auto saved to a cloud drive so you have the security of not losing important work. You can also save files in multiple formats.
It is a bit slow and can be clunky at times compared to MS Office so you may need to have some extra patience. Takes a bit of time to open the documents which is the trade-off between paying or using a free office version.
easy to use for part time no professional applications such as spreadsheets for budgetary use for re tired member household. Not having to pay for program such as Microsoft Office is a really good deal that other potential senior users should be aware of.

I like the functionality of the various components -- especially the email and Word Processor. I also like the CRM integration. One of my favorite things is the ability to link other online storage accounts (such as Box, Dropbox, etc) directly with the software.
Some of the loading times can be slow. That's really my only complaint.
I find the messaging tool a little ineffective. Most of my contacts prefer to simply use text messaging.
The layout is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It links to all of my online data storage sites (Google, Dropbox, MS, etc.) as thought they are all one on a computer. I travel a lot and take only a google-based tablet with me. OnlyOffice allows me to open any MS Office doc and deal with it as though I had the whole suite with me. It has a few shortcomings, but the benefits are wonderful
It's a little slow in opening and managing files. It doesn't have all of MS Office's functions and capabilities (nore, by the way, does MS's own, online, apps). But for "ordinary" reading and editing of docs, it can't be beat.
The graphics editor is in need of a little improvement, the glitches are bothersome and interrupt work. It also does not work on every OS which is a little difficult considering I have a MacBook and a tablet which I want to sync with each other. The new features are a little glitchy as well.
Only office product is really exceptional and I use it all of the time on my notebook... and the good point is that this suite have highest compatibility with other documents format... and it's free :)

It is so simple and easy to use. Coz its function is samecas microsoft, i can edit my reports and documents directly without having to look for a pc or lappy.
None so far. Its so handy and because its so sleek and light, i dont have any complains at the moment.
It is free, with a simple interface but great compatibility with ms office documents.
I feel that this software is too simple, did not have all features of the MS Office or LibreOffice. But enough for everyday use.
Poor tech support; it really took some time for tech support to get back to me when I was installing the software which delayed installation thus delaying my work.
No Android application developed by the tem behind this product. Not enough space included in cloud storage plan.
Only works with the internet so when something is not in the cloud it’s difficult.
I didnt want to pay extra for better/more features.

The layout of the software feels much more like Microsoft Office than other Linux desktop options. It's helpful that all the buttons have tooltips so I'm not stuck randomly clicking textless buttons until one does what I want. It seems to keep formatting & layouts from .docx files better than either Google Docs or LibreOffice.
There is no print preview option, and there are some dotted lines that I assume represent a hidden border in my tables, so I'm not sure what my file is going to look like when printed out. In the spreadsheet software, some of the feature grouping seems weird to me (e.g. I can't figure out how to insert a formula from the toolbar, and when I right click a cell, the "Insert Formula" option is there, but it's not grouped in the "Insert" dropdown). And some of the fonts don't quite look the same as they do in Word, but that might just be a Windows/Linux thing.
Speed, dependability, features, customer support.
There are not any that I can think of at this moment. It really is a superior product.

Feels like MS Office, easy to use and navigate. It's SaaS based so always available and more affordable than Microsoft.
Nothing, did not keep it because company was acquired and they used Office 365
I was able to keep track of all my sales, all my bookings, Spreadsheets of clients payments with groups and so much more.

Number one is I love the Interface, Its clean, Its modern. Number two is It is very easy to move from document to spreadsheet to presentation.
This is very user friendly tool so i dint find anything difficult.
This is a very great business management system. It provides the ability to access and update business documents online in a very safe and user friendly environment. The best thing which I loved about them is that it is available for Linux and provides a lot of great features.
The customer support staff of Only office is not good. They must have take care of their customer's query and answer them in time. It takes even days to get a response from them.
I am so happy I found ONLYOFFICE when I was moving around and going from place to place. I needed some place to write and store all my documents online so I could remember where they are and can manage them in one place. I am so pleased to use this for the past few years and plan to do more things on their site for my documentation purposes.
There is nothing I can think of that I do not like about it.

Document format compatibility looks really great.Finally, being open source, enables even more opportunities.
File conversion is seamless; multiple vendor cloud storage management and interface system is far better than the competition (this feature, alone, is worth the price); online and off line editing capability; and, its a great price to for feature value . It provides ease in document generation, editing and storage without gobbling up storage space on a laptop.
Red line document/comment/ compare function is clumsy and difficult to use, especially over multiple versions.
As with most apps they have limitations for certain jobs or projects that require multiple platforms.
I value very much the efforts the creators of this app are putting in having something so professional and similar to the omnipresent M. Office. I also like the easiness of use and the very good compatibility with Microsoft Office.
A suggestion for the developers would be to improve the way Only Office manages footnotes in an academic document.
The only mobile apps are document editors not for the project management nor CRM.
I like the functionality across the board. It is the most useful softwre and suite of programs that I have ever encountered.
I would like the ability to do Save As... in the office programs. I would also like to use a document as the home page when I log in.

I think they should have more flexible pricing policy
