Very easy to manage time, attendance, payroll, billing and much more for my business!

We have iPads that are set up right in our office with the Jibble software so it is extremely easy to tap on the app, sign in and be on your way. We have a lot of visitors coming in and out our office that we need to be accountable for and Jibble helps us do just that. The name. Jibble is just plain awkward to say. It sounds like dribble and that has a bit of a weird connotation. Our team is able to log their activity to 4-5 different activities throughout the day, and managers are able to get individual and team reports quickly.

We wanted a time tracking tool with a Chrome extension, so that's a big part of what made us choose Jibble.

The main feature that's missing for us is a Pause button. We originally hoped to find a tool that did both scheduling and time tracking (and did it well, not with one as an undeveloped add-on). Better tracking of employee billable time

Had issues with the app in the beginning and support team quickly responded with fixes. Easily got our team onboard right away. Great for time stamping employees that work offsite frequently.

Reporting section could use a few features, will be contacting support with suggestions: for more detailed reports and breakdown of stamps.

Jibble takes the headache out of time tracking. The team can easily see who is working at any given time and leadership can easily pull hours for reports and payroll.

My department is frequently working offsite, so we were unable to clock our hours accurately. The app has allowed my team to better track their time while also tracking hours on a per client basis. That has helped us accurately track our work hours.

Jibble is easy to use for our staff. It allows for easy editing when occasional missed in/out stamps. The reporting of hours is fantastic and the Jibble team is constantly improving them.

That you can make lots of categories to jibble in

Really like that my employees can Jibble in/out from the job site. It seems they more readily keep track of their time this way rather than on a paper time card. I also like the fact that at payroll time I can just log in and see all the times without having to collect time cards.

It is convenient and allows me to keep track of the hours I work

I love how interactive Jibble is. You can set up alerts, have weekly time sheets sent to you via email and edit log in and log out times. I really like how easy it is to use, and the level of customization.

Each level of customization costs a little more, but it was cheap to begin with! Support isn't the best for American users as the Jibble office is closed when our business is open. time tracking and attendance work like a charm.

Slack integration, amazing dashboard with teams and projects.

I have a very small team of fewer​ than 10 people and therefore at this point, the complexities in time tracking haven't reached the limitations of the tool.

Greater efficiency in the team's time management, pretty much eliminating recording errors.

I like the intuitive and clean nature of the interface. It is very easy to use and is pretty much idiot-proof. It has saved so much time recording in/outs, and the algorithm to compute the weeks/months is solid. I can't thank Jibble enough for the program.

I don't like that you can see your co-workers comings and goings. I wish there was an admin option to turn that off. You can only set one Daily Overtime in Work Schedules. It's timeline and daily task sheet Management, it's showing a very unique way that anyone can understand and manage quickly, it's way useful for individual employee timeline configuration and it's perfect analysis tool for HR team, they can monitor, track and generate individual task wise, hours wise and even individual candidate wise

Staff are able to see who is in or out the office much easier and also track the overtime they work.

The ability to generate 'activities' that can be clocked in and out of is a great feature that allows us to understand where time is actually being spent, which we can then use to see if new processes are time-saving or not. The application overall is also very easy to use - there's very little setup or 'learning' time.

The mobile app for android has limited functionality, which means you have to use the web version for almost anything apart from clocking in & out. Time tracking that is accurate and accountable.

The software is easy to use. I can jibble in and out easily and see where I am for the day / week / month.

I would like to have active/inactive flag for activities. The Slack's integration helps a lot;

It could work offline and save the time, and upload when you have signal;

it's simplifying our timesheets for payroll from almost 100 Google sheets into 1 dashboard and reducing the processing time by over 50%

I like this software as it's quite easy to use, you don't need to wait in a queue for giving a fingerprint to a scanning device which recognizes your fingerprint usually after several attempts, the selfie mode of this software is more convenient and also saves time when you are being late to work.

You can make a selfie to prove you are in and out in time but I personally didn't find the option where it links your spot where you make a selfie to the work space, maybe my fault :). My company uses Jibble for clocking in clocking out each day. I work from home, so a time sheet management program is crucial to facilitating my employment and accurate pay for hours worked. Jibble is great in it's simplicity, and the way it seamlessly incorporates extra features without becoming difficult for the user to navigate. Editing hours is also a great feature that has helped me in situations where I missed my clock in or clock out.

The only problem I had was having to take a picture to clock in via mobile phone. the price of the software is low and affordable there is online support available to offer technical support it can be used by up to five users

Our company is a small startup with only 6 employees. Half of them work remotely and use slack about 90% of the time. Having slack integration and a user-friendly interface made Jibble very easy to deploy. Even the most technology aversed members like using it and love its accessibility via browser and phone.

The trial version period does not include all features, making it hard to asses it's value and how it compares to other time tracking apps. by Jibble on 13/12/2018 Good to know that you team enjoyed using our app! Slack integration is key for our company, and allows for remote workers and field maintenance team members to track time from anywhere. Not having to hit the break room to look at their time card is the best

Simple and accurate time & attendance for me and the team. Helpful reporting that assist in managing.

What I like most is the ease of use for my team. It is super straightforward for them to clock in and out. At the same time the statistics and reports give me very in depth information which I can use for project and individual reviews.

Probably the limitation towards other tools. It used to be hard to keep track of where our team was spending the most time. What were our most productive timeframes? What was taking up too much time with very little ROI? I love that Jibble allows us to be able to clock in for specific projects or tasks. It was like saying goodbye to time wasted!

I love that Jibble can easily be integrated with our team's communication platform, Slack, so we can clock in remotely and on mobile. Talk about working from anywhere and everywhere, productively!

Simple, comprehensive (generally) time management at a low cost.

This software is very easy to use, not complicated, and a quite accurate in providing the data needed for time and hour performance.

However, the software does not go far enough - for example, to "suspend" an employee is really not possible unless on a permanent basis. The support was great the first (and only time I had an issue). The app itself is easy (and fun!) to use. It makes tracking my time simple - one less thing to worry about during the workday.

My old support conversation pops up frequently. I wish there was a way to hide the chat/help button so that we could access it, only when needed. We have team members who need to be tracked because they start work from off site. With this app, we are able to do just that. We love how simple the app is and how easy it is to use.

I love the fact that it works with our mobile phones and we can track time in and time out from anywhere. Plus features like facial recognition and location ensure the credibility of the time in and time out of employees.

Jibble is perfectly suited for a company like us that uses multiple online systems.

We like that is super easy to jibble in and jibble out for all of our employees. The integration on Slack is definitely the main pro.

We would like to have more functionalities in the future. We mainly use jibble as a way to control the overtime of our employees. So if for example, we could add their regular timeshift and then we could have exactly in real-time how many overtime they are doing during a specific month or the final amount of overtime at the end of the month it would be really helpful for us. Good. Made my job easier for sure.

I love tracking my staff’s clock in’s and out’s without the old punch card method. Waste of paper, time and difficult to keep checking. With Jibble, even if I don’t log in for a few days, I can always see exactly how many hours the staff where at work or not at work and when.

The only problem I have in using Jibble to track my staff’s times would be that they often forget to Jibble in or out. I removed my timestamp machine! And now, I can access my staff attendance from anywhere. Really smart setup.

We have recently started to 'jibble in' to activities/projects and this has helped my team track how long projects take to deliver (and, if effect, how much projects cost to deliver).

We like that it works so easily with Slack.

We've found that overdelivery is an issue and by measuring all our activities, we've been able to adjust the time used for each of our clients.

Jibble is really easy to use and the benefit is huge comparing it to its cost. It has improved our way of executing tasks and helped us in finding weak spots on our time distribution.

- The User interface is easy to understand and work with and integrates with different application flawlessly. The Application allows the users to use the services remotely just not only from a computer but also from employee's mobile phones making it more accessible. The reporting element of this app is also very helpful.

- The app doesn't notify the users if the user login twice. - Any user can manually change the time. We feel that this feature should only sit with admin rights. Just go to Settings > Policies > Enable Policies then set "Allow team members to edit/delete entries on their timesheets" to 'Do Not Allow" then click Save. That should do the trick! You can also set the "Require team members to Jibble Out before they can Jibble In again" to "Required" so they won't be allowed to clock IN again without clocking out. Jibble easy the administrative load of signing a manual clock-in sheet. Our business makes use of home consultants as well and this platform is a great tool for managing work hours.

Overall experience is very positive. It would be great if it could be integrated with MS Office so that users would be required to sign in when they log onto their computer.

Jibble makes it very easy to track your time spent on different projects. There is also an app that can be used on your phone if you are on the move. It is extremely easy to add projects and activities.

Jibble allows our team to keep an eye on our employees, more specifically their attendance, time in and out. It is important for employees to be given the ease of this as well, Jibble provided an option of employee attendance to be punched in or out via browser. It is an amazing advancement in technology. It also records absences, billing and invoicing, automatic time capture and many more features.

Jibble does not consider leaves and emergency absences as it does keep track of that. Overall pleased with the tool. The engagement from the team is high as the tool is easy to use and integrates with our IM client. The real time notifications has helped me keep team members on the priority tasks and reports has let me see which projects are time stinks or not delivering good ROI and where team members are losing time.

The webapp interface is nice to use and they have some useful integrations making it even easier - switch tasks during a slack conversation. Being able to see what my full team, especially remote workers, are working on in real time and also in historical reports is very helpful. Seeing how much a project cost in developers time when multiple members of the team contributed is so much easier. Support is just a chat message or email away and everyone has been really helpful even taking on feature requests.

Isn't quite as flexible as we'd like so as we are trying to use it in a slightly different way than intended we have encountered some issues. For example we want to switch the tasks that our developers can say they are working on each sprint but deleting old tasks removes them from the historical reporting. Jibble say they are working on a solution to this but for now we just keep adding tasks and have tried to be more generic with the listings to avoid clutter. No Jira integration means we have to list the tasks manually - again something that Jibble may solve when they launch their api. by Jibble on 22/08/2018 Hi David,Thank you for your honest review! As a remote employee, I've loved tracking my time and being able to generate reports on what was done and how long it took to do the task. So far, I've tried multiple platforms but I've stuck with Jibble as it is easy to use, integrates well with our team communications app (slack - which allowed visibility on who's logged in or not). Also, it sends me daily, weekly updates on the team's timesheet.

Actually, I love the app. But it would be better if it has a screen capturing feature like every 10 minutes or so, so we can monitor what the team/s working on and to ensure no time is wasted. by Jibble on 22/08/2018 Thank you for your feedback Ma. The slack integration is very useful and makes timetracking easy. The reporting by client is also good at quickly seeing how much time you are spending on projects. Nice user interface and good to have on multiple devices

The visualisations on the reporting section don't reflect the client/time range you have specified which can be very annoying. Also, it is difficult to reorder activities and change activities without messing up previous information. The application seems to need to reload everytime I visit it - this is probably because I leave it open all the time and it's a new product which is constantly updating so is understandable but I'd like it if they had an autorefresh function so I don't have to do it! by Jibble on 09/06/2018 Hi Alex,Thank you for the honest feedback. I love having the Slack integration so my team and quickly and easily Jibble in and out without having to open their browser or go to the site. This is extremely efficient and easy.

I would love to have some more custom controls on the reports. I also wish some areas of the settings were a little more intuitive and easy to find. It has allowed me to track my personal time and the time my team puts into different tasks. It provides a weekly report on how we did and allows us to create a monthly report, as well. What I enjoy most about it is the colorful and user-friendly dashboard that is integrated within such a robust software.

I enjoy using Jibble for its user-friendly dashboard and ease of clocking in and clocking out. We have six primary departments within our organization that we focus on, and Jibble allows us to prioritize these departments while giving people the flexibility to add detailed notes on what they worked on that day.

Easier way to log in hours for different clients and track improvement of workflows.

Jibble allows you to create a team and create clients, which for our business, being able to log in hours for each specific client is crucial and huge help for billing, estimating workflow success and improving and optimizing workflow strategies. Being able to know how many hours we've spent in a certain project is essential for our improvement as a tech team. I like that we can also see weekly summary, edit and allocate to a specific client. We use Slack a lot and I love that you can log in and out from slack directly, you don't even need to open Jibble. Super efficient and easy to use.

The only think I haven't found yet is the ability to create a project your team is spending hours on. So far, I have done it using the client tool, I create a 'client' for every project that is owned by our company and then have the team log their hours there, but it would be nice if you can actually create projects as easy as you can create clients and log in hours in. Not being able to merge team members is a little bit frustrating (one of my team members created a team member using another email account and it appears as an extra team member) so I tried to merge them, into the same member profile but you can't. by Jibble on 18/12/2017 Great to hear that Jibble is helping your business, May! The reporting features could be better. I use this for tracking time with multiple clients at different billable rates. It's a great way to record staff attendance! In the future, once leave management is possible as well it could be a great tool for HR management

Automatise what we are dooing manually before.

Well designed software, multi-platform (web/mobile/Slack integration) and good customer service aware of new ideas. Still in active development with many new features in the last months. Easy to user and provide great statistics for our team working time (in two different contries).

We are using Microsoft Teams and the integration with it is not yet out (but planned in the next weeks according to customer service). I have tried many time tracking software, I couldn't find any one that suited the team. Jibble came and fit in because we have been using Slack for team communication

Selfie Check-in. Not everyone like selfie so not everyone use it. I have never used it. Time tracking on commercial works, plus quick, essential and highly accurate reporting.

+ Slack integration. My team, already on Slack, just /jibble in, or talk direct to the bot to start logging an activity in seconds. Jibble even allow login using Slack accounts.

- Jibble provide an interface through their website, but it's not fully optimised for phones just yet. This said, I've jibbled in and out successfully without much fuss.

It's a good tool for timetracking. Love that it is free. We use it with Slack where I only have to type in/out and it starts tracking time. As a manager the reports are really detailed too.

I would like to customize the reports they generate.
