Basic software for simple needs, but technical problems make this software unreliable and sky to use.

This is a basic online tool for synchronizing calendars. Works well for updating availability calendars on property listings across multiple channels. Simple to use interface and functionality. Easy to register. It is free for me to use but I believe they do have custom solutions that are paid for.

There have been major technical problems and server downtime that could lead to properties being double booked. Needs better quality control.

Overall I have only positive experience with Sync Rentals and recommend them to anybody that rents on Airbnb, Booking and other Vacation Rental Platforms because it's Free!

It's Free - It's the only service that offers free calendar synchronization between your listings.

The only Con would be that the main site is in Spanish but when you login there is an option to use English language.
