With Chameleon, teams can quickly build, test, and deploy in-product tours using a WYSIWYG editor. It is simple to implement on any website or webapp (a few lines of code) and automatically collects analytics to enable a data-driven approach to improving user onboarding.
the ability to change/update in real time
Unresponsive customer support. Tried to reach out multiple times without answer.
due to heavy engine sometimes its pretty slow. Interface is pretty clumpsy, however for me its not a big issue.
Chameleon has the very strong tracking function for animals, kennel, license, field, clinic, donor, and etc. It is able to cover all our business flow.
Chameleon mapping is making us painful. Probably it is caused by our GIS data rather than the software itself.
The accuracy and QC of data entry - there are errors in every report I run that must be corrected. The lag time and time it takes to run a report. Reports take a lot of time to customize to allow the information to be circulated. The lack of ability to work with other software - Oracle and Workday. The dashboard lacks detailed portfolio/contract information.
I like most about this product why is that it’s allowed for all officers to communicate on the platform and update cases on a daily basis as well as organize all data input
The least I like about it was some glitches in the system more editing tools as well as different upgrades to improve being more efficient timeframe with the effectiveness of the system
sometimes it is a struggle to get into the system
Doesn't seem to go back to previous page when you want to go back, will take you to the beginning of a section instead of just one page back. Attachments are not intuitive, it's not obvious where they are in the layout.
Ability to see all locations and their lease documents
The Leasing costs aren't up to date regarding what we are paying today.
If you have a 90 minute block of time to sit down and really dig in using all the tools, you will end up with a very pro looking email or newsletter. As good as any you'll see in any inbox.
Who has 90 mins. for this, espsecially in light of the complex user interface? They provide templates, but navigating around the various elements is not intuitive at all. They could take a lesson from Canva and strip back the toolset so that users in their price range ($0-20/month i.e. solopreneurs and very small biz) could actually get something done. The interface looks like Adobe Photoshop! Too much.
It's kinda hard to use and a little frustrating when you need to be on the webpage the tour will be on. Also, I wish there was a way to hide the chameleon icon on the software.
