Coupled with Tweepsmaps analysis of accounts you dont own, as well as the ability to research any hashtag and topic Tweepsmap is an all-in-one platform providing unmatched insight to drive engagement, identify new opportunities and increase revenue.
Ease of Use, deep analytics capabilities, great for campaign planning - plus they are constantly adding new capabilities.
Would love to see these kind of capabilities added to other social platforms, the ability to create an integrated campaign with these kinds of capabilities + analytics across FB, Instagram, etc all at once would be extremely valuable.
Wish their was a faster way to connect with relevant people, however I think following people without manually approving them first is against Twitter's TOS so I can't blame Tweepsmap for not having this functionality.
There is no app with this software and I really miss that.
The tool helped me target users I would not have been able to target in a razor-focused way. I was able to pinpoint followers of my account and other accounts that I value, in a certain region, with specific relevant interests and allowed me to send DM campaigns to those individuals. This was a task that I was hoping that I could achieve, but was not able to succeed at, until I foundd tweepsmap. The DM campaign was well-received and their tool did not make it appear to be automated, so there was not a backlash that may have come from another campaign that appeared to be coming from a third party tool. Also, the team at TweepsMap has unbelievably great customer service, answering all my questions, walking me through complex tasks and even adding features to their platform, based on my questions and suggestions.
It is not the most intuitive software and not necessarily easy to use. There are elements that would be improved by a bit of a UI/UX with some customers who are not as technical -- I'd be happy to do this type of focus group with the team, b/c I believe in the platform. For example, the categories of community analysis and community building and explore hashtag and analyze anyone are not entirely transparent to me, in terms of the functionality of each. Even a series of free webinars for all customers would be helpful.
