Overall I get value from Somiibo with little to no backlash if you do not over-use the tool. Instagram has cracked down on 3rd party bots so I would use this with extreme caution because you do not want to get your account penalized.

I only used this tool for Instagram. The most useful is the customer targeting and keyword filtering. It's easy to use and there are many filters you can add to narrow down the engagement audience. I have used this tool on a medium-level - about once or twice a week and have no noticed any backlash from Instagram. I have been able to grow our follower base about 50 per week, which is a good value for the money.

There are other modules in beta mode that seem enticing however I have unsuccessfully attempted to signup to be a beta user. The customer support is not the best, but for the monthly price I can't complain too much.
