Soft4Care is a web application offered in a SaaS basis that improves the life quality of dependent people. It is intended to be for long-term, retirement and nursing care homes, mental health and addiction centres, and in conclusion for centers with people with any kind of dependency. Health is monitored and care planning solution for any facilities in North America, specially Canada and USA, although it is available in Spanish too, ready for Latin America.
