Craigslist has helped us cut down on the time and effort needed to find new applicants.

Our business industry has a very high turnover, we are having to make multiple job postings and open interviews weekly. Craigslist has allowed us to reach more applicants within the area in a more convenient way.

To some the cost may be a little high but since we use it so often, it makes the cost worth it.

Easy program to navigate and use. Makes selling on Craigslist easy for the novice and helps us generate a few more sales per month. Support is responsive

Price is a bit expensive if you don't post regularly. But why buy a product like this if you aren't committed to Craigslist advertising.

It’s always good to post on there just Incase, but it’s not my main source of recruiting.

I like that you get a diverse pool of people that apply to the job, and that most people already know about Craigslist.

I mostly hate the aesthetics, and that not many people answer back to ads, if any. It’s hit or miss.

Our firm still has Craiglist as a back up because for the price it's not a bad option to have to see what you might be able to get for potential employees.

The software is very user friendly and you can put exactly what you want to say on the site for potential candidates for a particular position for your company.

As much as you specify what you are looking for employee wise you always run the risk of getting potential candidates that don't have the experience for what they are applying for or don't have the experience at all. That was one of the reasons why we moved to Indeed for their process of going through candidates for our firm.

It's been a good experience so far, I would be happy to recommend it.

I've had jobs where I did a lot of postings on Craigslist and this software makes it all so easy, I can't imagine my job without it.

No cons to mention, I would feel comfortable recommending it to anyone who uses Craigslist often and wants an easy way to do so.

Like I mentioned before, I received five jobs from applications I submitted through Craigslist. If you want to get technical, over the past 10 years of my personal use of Craigslist I would estimate I was selected for a job interview 15 different times and from those interviews was offered the job position nine different times. There was a period where I went a little crazy with applications and was interviewing at five different places within the same week and of those five, four contacted me with an offer resulting in having to choose between them. It is also a great place to sell and buy used cars and I personally know many people who have done both with great success. As long as you are smart about what you are inquiring to purchase you should have no problems. Always make sure to read everything and do not be afraid to ask the poster any questions you may have. 9/10 you will be met with a friendly person willing to answer whatever you need. I highly recommend Craigslist.

I've always had a special place in my heart for Craigslist. It has was created in 1995 although it feels like it was always the place to go for your differing needs. From being able to sell your stuff, searching for jobs, the various different services offered and purchasing things, this site offers it all! I primarily have used it for job postings and it did not disappoint! I have secured five different jobs in the past 10 years due to a job listing I found and applied for through Craigslist. It has a very easy to use interface and I love the option of filtering what you are searching for to your specific criteria. My sister purchased our Newfoundland dog Bubba from a posting she saw on Craigslist from another state (he was in Ohio and we live in Michigan). She was so impressed with the pictures that she had seen and the description given of the kind of pet owner they were looking to sell to that she responded right away requesting to go pick him up!

I am overall very satisfied with Craigslist and I honestly do not like to say anything negative about it but there is one thing I will advise anyone who is navigating it for the first time to be aware of - scammers. They are everywhere and sometimes they are clever and sometimes they are absolutely ridiculous. They come in all shapes and forms and use every trick in the book to try and scam someone out of their hard earned money. Personally I feel as long as you are aware of this that you should have no problem avoiding those lowlifes. It is not Craigslist fault that the world is full of people who try to get something for nothing.

This software is effective for anyone who makes multiple postings in a week, specifically for recruiting. I use CL almost exclusively for recruiting due to the widespread use and reach. The posting manager software helps save me time and hassle.

The ease of use of the software is pretty easy to use..It does what you need t to do.

Can't say any real cons about the software, but there is definetly mush better software on the market.

The software is easy to use. Allows you to customize your layout and descriptions for postings. Automatically posts ads so you don't have to manually. Good for companies who have lots of ads going out. Tracks your leads.

Expensive and not worth it if you do not have a lot of postings going out per month. It would be beneficial to have a messaging feature.

Over the years the have made some changes that I don’t like. My biggest complaint is that they used to let you advertise for a business free of charge and now have begun to charge for it.

Use this to post open positions and typically it’s ok when the posting expires on its own but sometimes I need to pull positions and get invoices and that can take some time.

I do appreciate the ease of getting positions up on the website.

It would be nice if you could manage all postings at once when logging in.

looking up job postings, housing for sales/rent, and products that are sold between Individuals.

The layout is simple and easy to read. You can adjust your search parameters to find postings in your immediate area or far away. They even have photos of products, cars, etc. It is an example of how an online store should look like.

I do not like how sellers do not some kind of rating so as to show if they are reliable. I have heard stories of misleading information products that come in the mail that do not match what was on the site.

We have had great success and no issues at all thankfully as it has been easy to navigate and use this platform.
