The interface is difficult to understand for inexperienced users and if you do not have internet it is not going to update

i most likely this software virus scanning functionality and interface its remove all viruses from my pc.

most of time customer interaction and support service is not good some time its automatically delete files from my pc

I have no trouble worrying about virus protection at all and it tells me when I need to clean it up. It basically does just about all of it.

No hassle no problems. We have been using this product for several years and have not had one virus or anything negative attached to our server or pcs
