Well I used it for nine years but in the end we went to something else - as for benefits - well it did the bare minimum of what we needed.

In truth there was not much that I liked about eTrack. I honestly can't think of anything at all that I liked about it.

It was constantly being developed - the support team was in Australia so they were very hard to get hold of - and when I did get hold of them, it generally took a while to get a solution - the software was incredibly slow to run - it did not generate the reports that we needed and they had to be painfully developed - it was difficult to 'read' too - incredibly frustrating
