PrintJobs B2B/B2C Ordering Systems have been developed according to the wants and needs of hundreds of Printers & Print Management companies around the world, over 15+ years. Re-engineered in 2016 to reflect todays security demands, PJ systems are feature rich, web based and self contained. The monthly fee is low, there are no limits/tariffs on system usage (users, orders, accounts etc), no sign up fee or min contract. The company is EU based, with native English speaking developers and support.
As with any software, it can be glitchy, but the Print Job team is there to fix it.
The software is very easy to use, add-ons or features that i would like are always available.
There is honestly nothing that I dislike with the software.
This software is great for those who want to step into the world of web 2 print and also for those that have some experience and what to expect some more from a solution. It is extremely flexible in its configuration for your clients. The nice thing about the team behind the solution is that if you happen to think of something that the solution doesn't have but it could benefit from they are very receptive and are willing to work with you to help achieve your realistic objectives.
Like any new piece of software you need to learn about the true extent of available functionality before you can configure it and this software has a lot of functionality. It has been made easier as their live chat function in the bottom right hand corner of the screen keeps you connected and help is not that far away.
Ease of use, customer support and overall performance.
The lack of flexibility on customizing forms (invoice, delivery sheet).

If they can have a instruction in details , that will be perfect!

The solution is easy to use and easy to maintain. I like that everything takes place on the web, no need for extra software.
Would like to have the possibility to enter both postal address and delivery address on an address card.

upgrade for the french comptability and delivery services , which mean export at the end of the month with amount net amount ht and amount of the product, will be necessary soon .
The ease of use of this product is such that new users are able to hit the ground running when using the software for the FIRST time.
Nothing, if there are any questions or issues there is 24 hr support to assist.
Simple to use and constantly upgraded, the PrintJob software takes a lot of the guesswork and frustration out of Web 2 Print.
Nothing jumps out at me at this time. SOme of the minor things seems to be updated before they really become an issue.
Very little to dislike. Extremely responsive to development requests, and the odd bugs are rapidly attended to

- Like most solutions that don't use and standard cart, frontend customization is maybe limited.
Easy to use and setup. Lots of customization to allow our customer to brand the site to their Identity. Great export features to allow us to flow into our BI modeling. Customers like to be able to see all their orders, with status and reorder feature. Ability to add required fields for customer accounting needs.
Non really, it is a sound product and highly recommended.
The customer service is unbelieveable - Customer reps are so much help, whatever issue you have, they respond to you within a couple of hours and usually sort it right away if they can. They really help you to create the experience you want to give to your customers, and have solved a lot of problems we faced, by adapting the system to cope, in a timely manner.
More customisation would be great from a layout perspective, but i'm sure that will come with time - they've already done so much on this.
Multiple Store fronts which can be unique to each of our B2B customers.
Not many Cons - I Have seen the development list and nothing is a problem for these guys. I would like the Implementation of the quote products (products which can be clicked on and quotes requested against that particular product) this would make this more user friendly for the end user.
A W2P solution needs to be easy, intuitive and offer a 'great experience' for the user. PrintJob ticks all these boxes. The interface is simple to navigate with, and the time taken to create a company, user and a prodcut is very efficient.
To create users for testing purposes as the end client, we need to create email aliases.
Ease of use as an admin. and for the customer. The support is outstanding! I can not say enough about the responsiveness of this team of developers. Price per month is well worth the expense even as a small business where every penny counts.
It can be difficult to only have access as an admin. and not "see" the customer's portals without logging in and out as a customer. It would be nice to be able to place orders for my customers through the site so I could track everything in one place. But the software allows for a lot of "workarounds" and as novice I navigate the site with ease.

PrintJob2 makes it easy for our customers to order online anytime. Customer satisfaction is key and easy access to the library of products any time of day is great customer service. Online, customized client libraries work great for our clients who order during non business hours.PrintJob2 provides updates that are relevant to the needs of users.
Learning how to use email for more than 1 site. used option of alternate email or deleting or adding the underscore was helpful.

We don't dislike any aspect! The system is so easy to use!
It is in the making but being able to offer a discount code will be really useful.
