Great solution for building client web to print sites. Very powerful and simple to use at an affordable price point. Customer service is excellent!!!

As with any software, it can be glitchy, but the Print Job team is there to fix it.

My experience has from day one been nothing short of fulfilling. I have only needed support once or twice in 5 years which is great and when I have needed it the support has been quick ( even with the time difference! ). I would recommend this software product to anyone considering it.

The software is very easy to use, add-ons or features that i would like are always available.

There is honestly nothing that I dislike with the software.

Organisations that have multiple branches and who wish to control and administer the procurement of print and associated items through a central online source are ideal for this system. The ability for an organisation to create 'graphics' that are subsequently used other than for traditional print is a growing market. The generation of downstream marketing collateral where a business has many channels and needs to control the supply of information to those channels would benefit form this solution.

This software is great for those who want to step into the world of web 2 print and also for those that have some experience and what to expect some more from a solution. It is extremely flexible in its configuration for your clients. The nice thing about the team behind the solution is that if you happen to think of something that the solution doesn't have but it could benefit from they are very receptive and are willing to work with you to help achieve your realistic objectives.

Like any new piece of software you need to learn about the true extent of available functionality before you can configure it and this software has a lot of functionality. It has been made easier as their live chat function in the bottom right hand corner of the screen keeps you connected and help is not that far away.

Have just started using the solution, but very satisfied so far. Some problems comes along the way, but I hope the solution will comes with new solutions they grow.

The solution is easy to use and easy to maintain. I like that everything takes place on the web, no need for extra software.

Would like to have the possibility to enter both postal address and delivery address on an address card.

I'm using printjob for a year maybe 2 now, can't remember , it's really powerfull solution very kind people and really faster reply when u have a question.

the most powerfull software to upload and set up pdf.

upgrade for the french comptability and delivery services , which mean export at the end of the month with amount net amount ht and amount of the product, will be necessary soon .

We are now able to quickly and easily set-up web portals for our clients....something the competition does not have the ability to do.

The ease of use of this product is such that new users are able to hit the ground running when using the software for the FIRST time.

Nothing, if there are any questions or issues there is 24 hr support to assist.

We have been gradually adding the system software to our own website in hopes of integrating it into some of our clients' websites next. The customer support has been exceptional and the company seems to be on top of updates and upgrades faster than I can keep up. Very impressed with the response time of the staff and their willingness to help in any way that they can.

Simple to use and constantly upgraded, the PrintJob software takes a lot of the guesswork and frustration out of Web 2 Print.

Nothing jumps out at me at this time. SOme of the minor things seems to be updated before they really become an issue.

The platform has helped me retain customers. Most customers who use Printjob comment on it ease of use and that it saves them time. Additionally, Printjob Web2print has cut down on staff setup of jobs and made us more profitable.

Easy to use and setup. Ability to set up portals for customers in a short period.

Could use some more features such as the ability to create a B2C page.

We are working from web2print systems from more than 10 years and printjob is from far the best solution in the industry. Easy and simple to use, powerful and extremadely fast. We just deployed a fully custom private b2b solution for a customer in minuts when in other products we needed weeks only for run a simply bussiness card personalization. You don't be wrong if you choose it.

+ Major needs of print industry covered in one product.

- Like most solutions that don't use and standard cart, frontend customization is maybe limited.

we have been use the product for over ten years. Support is always top quality and any issues are always dealt with quickly, and honestly. Would highly recommend to other businesses.

Easy to use and setup. Lots of customization to allow our customer to brand the site to their Identity. Great export features to allow us to flow into our BI modeling. Customers like to be able to see all their orders, with status and reorder feature. Ability to add required fields for customer accounting needs.

Non really, it is a sound product and highly recommended.

Great company to deal with, will help you quickly and efficiently. We tried a couple of competitors before coming to PJ but I wish we had come here straight away.

The customer service is unbelieveable - Customer reps are so much help, whatever issue you have, they respond to you within a couple of hours and usually sort it right away if they can. They really help you to create the experience you want to give to your customers, and have solved a lot of problems we faced, by adapting the system to cope, in a timely manner.

More customisation would be great from a layout perspective, but i'm sure that will come with time - they've already done so much on this.

PrintJob is a great platform to help grow any printing business.

Multiple Store fronts which can be unique to each of our B2B customers.

Not many Cons - I Have seen the development list and nothing is a problem for these guys. I would like the Implementation of the quote products (products which can be clicked on and quotes requested against that particular product) this would make this more user friendly for the end user.

I have used a competitor W2P solution for the past 6 years, and with a lack of support, I needed to look at other options in the market space. After a couple of months reviewing what was available my decision was very close. PrintJob provided me with a trial site to fully experience the solution... and it was great. The trial site allowed me to fully test the solution PrintJob was offering. In a matter of a couple of hours I had a live site up and running, multiple users and products... easy!

A W2P solution needs to be easy, intuitive and offer a 'great experience' for the user. PrintJob ticks all these boxes. The interface is simple to navigate with, and the time taken to create a company, user and a prodcut is very efficient.

To create users for testing purposes as the end client, we need to create email aliases.

We needed an online ordering option for our brokers and their customers. A lot of the bigger, franchise print shops had developed software for online templates and ordering and tracking; as a small business we were trying to compete. PrintJob allowed us to join the online market place and our brokers are relying more and more on the functionality of the site.

Ease of use as an admin. and for the customer. The support is outstanding! I can not say enough about the responsiveness of this team of developers. Price per month is well worth the expense even as a small business where every penny counts.

It can be difficult to only have access as an admin. and not "see" the customer's portals without logging in and out as a customer. It would be nice to be able to place orders for my customers through the site so I could track everything in one place. But the software allows for a lot of "workarounds" and as novice I navigate the site with ease.

Love working with the crew at PrintJob. They listen and help when needed. Sometimes we're in a time crunch and they respond within minutes.

This software has the best user interface we have ever seen in a print ordering system

sometimes it has so much capability, we haven't been able to utilize it all!

PrintJob2 has solved our clients problem of placing orders for those with several locations. PrintJob2 has great customer service. .. and the 6 hour time difference is never a problem when needing to communicate.

PrintJob2 makes it easy for our customers to order online anytime. Customer satisfaction is key and easy access to the library of products any time of day is great customer service. Online, customized client libraries work great for our clients who order during non business hours.PrintJob2 provides updates that are relevant to the needs of users.

Learning how to use email for more than 1 site. used option of alternate email or deleting or adding the underscore was helpful.

Having researched W2P systems over a number of years, we are very happy to find the guys at PJ. So helpful in every aspect of the system and assisting us with learning how best to utilise this within our business model. The PJ system has enabled us to grow our company and trade clients simply love the personal feel they get when logging into to a nice branded setup.

The software is very easy to use, and very functional from both sides of the platform.

It is in the making but being able to offer a discount code will be really useful.
