I like that this messenger is very direct and can be effective for intra office communication. All messaging is secure. If someone is just joining our team we can use this platform before moving on to something with more features.

It really needs a chat option. It also needs the ability to login from multiple devices with a single user ID and password.

Communication between offices and campus wide has been smooth sailing. The pop up alerts you that a new message is in, even in the middle of doing something. This makes communication effective. YOU CAN ALSO have a meeting with different people in defferent offices using outlook. You are always on track as long as you open it regularly.

I have been a user for a long time and wasnt inconvinienced by the outlook mesenger, but have realised that if you keep too many messages inbox, it may be slow to receive new message and at times not receiving at all
