The things I liked most was that you can sign the agreement online instead of meeting in person and search for potential tenants/current tenants.

The least thing I liked about this software was that it is still being developed and still new so the customer support wasn't the best help.

It seems this soft is quite new on the market. I tried to list my properties and it didn't work properly. Then I tried to reach customer support and I think the person wasn't trained enough to use the system either. So, no big help.

I think they have a potential, but the soft is not ready yet. I think they need more time for development. In a while I will try again. We'll see.

I am not one of those who makes living by renting out. However, I have two apartments to let, so now and then I am forced to deal with tenant screening, credit checks and etc. I learned about Rentberry from Vanity Fair and decided to find out how it works. I have to admit that it is great. It saved me hours because I did not have to post my offer on each and every real estate listing site out there. They did it for me. My offer was posted on 10 or 12 sites, I do not remember exactly. Plus, I uploaded my own lease agreement and my tenant signed it online. I am thinking to try out their online rental payments as well.

Once I posted an apartment I got direct link to the listing and shared it on my site. Their syndication service made my life easier as well. My posting were sent to other rental sites.

They offer to sign a rental agreement online.
